Im definatly enjoying this CD, although Jesus Of Suburbia is by far my favourite song. As a huge fan of "The Decline" by NOFX, I find it difficult not to love Green Days direction with these punk-rock symphony type songs.

I just pre-ordered the new album from Interpunk.com. I absolutly love Flogging Molly, plus its one of the only bands that I listen to that my dad really enjoys too.

"No awards? No good" is another one of my friends mottos. That one really gets on my nerves. I mean by saying that, you are effectivly putting people like 50 Cent, Eminem and the Darkness over every other act in their genre.

Of course all FF games were "linear shit-fests", its no different from 99% of all of the other console RPGs, FFX was just more so. Any the problem with linear games is that they ARE old school style - Its gets boring. The most fun and intriging (sp) games I have ever played are the ones which offer you numerous solutions to problems, or at least provide the option to drift off your main path to do something else for a while before carrying on with the main quest again.

If the battle system is being compared to Vagrant Story, then its definatly going to be good. Personally, I just don't want FFXII to be anything like the linear, boring shit-fest that was FFX.

It's probably some preppy tool who will buy/watch/listen to whatever they are told. On the other hand, a friend of mine listens to Good Charlotte...and also considers himself a punk fan. ←

I've got my 25th Anniversary Edition of London Calling on pre-order as of last week when I actually had to money to get it.

Oh im fairly glad that people booed both him and the Rasmus off stage at Reading. Fortunatly, my respect for 50 Cent hasn't increased, mainly because my respect for him is non-existent. Brings back good memories of the Lostprophets being booed off at Deconstruction 2002.

90% of the time, I take games back within a week of buying them, so the only reason I don't go to Game anymore is because they make you sign all of this shit which takes ages to do, and is a real hassle. This is another thing I hate about Game. Every single time I buy something its "Do you have a loyalty card?" and every single time its "No". Thats the whole reason I hate Game - Its such a fucking hassle there. Even trading in games takes you up to 10mins because you have to sign even more shit.

Michael Chiklis is confirmed as the Thing. Which kicks ass. The movie could be the shittest thing ever created, but as long as Chiklis is on the cast, I will love it.

System Shock 2 scares me. Its a fantastic game, and hugely underrated, but the game also oozes atmosphere, and every single part of the game scares the shit out of me.

I really don't get why organizations like this think they can decide what people can and cannot watch. Someone please tell me where the whole Hobgoblin rumour started? There has been no indication that Spiderman 3 will have Harry turn into the Hobgoblin rather than the second Green Goblin (GG2 and Hobgoblin are also 2 completly different characters in the comic books) anywhere, yet people seem to think its going ahead. Reminds me of the GTA Sin City rumour really. Some magazine printed something about it possibly being called Sin City, and a bunch of idiots jumped all over it believing it to be the truth, despite the fact that had been no confirmation from Rockstar at all. Heh, I did laugh when San Andreas was announced.

I say you wait for the official site to actually work to find out the official line up, and then decide.
