  1. I would suggest GameStation for good deals, but always check the stuff you finalise your purchase on ANYTHING you buy from there.
  2. Yeah, well, the only problem with Michael Graves, is that he is an annoying Bush loving prick who thinks that being punk means being conservative becuase thats what one of the Ramones said.
  3. Yeah, I pretty much only found out about this through Simon Peggs IMDB profile (Which has a great picture of him by the way) who has a cameo role in it. Im already sold on that basis alone.
  4. Im the same as Dochappy actually, i've taken a much bigger interest in lyrics over the last year or so, and find them to be fundamentally important to a song, most of the time determining whether or not I actually like it. That said, I can listen to songs with crappy lyrics, just provided I can ignore them. For instance, I find it difficult to avoid Kris Roes shitty lyrics in pretty much any Ataris song because you can hear them so clearly, but theres a ton of 80s songs on my computer with shitty lyrics, and I never really notice them until I bring them up and read them as I listen through.
  5. Adam and Joe on XFM every Saturday afternoon. I remember their old show on Channel 4, which used to kick ass. Lots of movie parodies with fluffy toys.
  6. You know I just spent all of that time reading all of this, and I got right to the bottom of this arguement and realised that I just went back 5 years in time and have witnessed an arguement between two people on GameFAQs. Fuck your console favouritism. Argueing over things that are based on simple opinion isn't going to make anything change. Oh, and the N64 - Yes its durability is great. That might help me out if I wanted to play games while scaling Everest, but while its sitting underneath my TV, it really doesn't make a fucking difference. And the N64s biggest flaw is the fact that it used cartridges. Expensive and inferior to CDs in every way. Using cartridges is why Square jumped to the Playstation to make the FF games from then on.
  7. I was desperatly trying to go into this movie with low expectations in an attempt to not feel disappointed if it did indeed suck, but im finding it difficult to keep those low expectations due to the largely good amount of press surrounding it.
  8. What a kick ass episode. SPOILERS: The last ever Dalek gets released, slaughters hundreds of people, flies up some stairs and then turns emo. Oh, and I am definately watching next week just to see Simon Pegg.
  9. Bad Religion. Just download the whole of "Against The Grain" and you'll know what im talking about. Home to my favourite lyricists of all time.
  10. I got the episode yesterday, im just happy that Family Guy hasn't suddenly turned shit. Also, Let he who is without sin, kick the first ass.
  11. Apparently the online mode is buggered up big time. One of the games most advertised parts...and its not even there!
  12. This Richard Kelly really likes milking his movies to death. Even Donnie Darko had a D/C when it got huge, and apparently he was writing the book that was repeatedly mentioned in the movie. That said, I don't know what to think about this movie. Granted, I enjoyed Donnie Darko, but im going into this with low expectations regardless. EDIT - Jason Lee? SOLD.
  13. Especially with regards to the new album, Jesus Of Surburbia is probably the most pimped song, so I wouldn't say it was under-rated.slightly over shadowed. ←
  14. Yeah, im still shocked that the public thinks that Nevermind is a better album than London Calling.
  15. Someones already explained why Championship Manager isn't in the top 100. As for KOTOR - Ha. That game is great and all, but top 100 material? No way.
  16. I was disappointed that FFX made the list at all. That game was a shit fest, with a few decent things in it that I actually liked. How its even considered a benchmark RPG is beyond me. Even the soundtrack was boring. I am VERY happy that games like System Shock 2, Star Control 2 and Deux Ex made it though.
  17. Until the rest of the members of the Beatles decide to do the voice over on Thomas The Tank Engine, they will pale in comparison to Ringo.
  18. I don't mind paying the monthly subscription, just provided its not too expensive and its a game that I can pick up frequently and play for long periods of time. That said, theres not a lot that interests me in this game so far.
  19. I played the demo of the PC version, and I thought it was pretty great. There is nothing wrong with the controls at all, I picked them up fairly quickly. Also, there are hacks that you can install in the PC game that get around the black and white screen you get when you kill someone in negotiation. You can watch the whole gory animation in its full glory on the PC very easily. I know you can get them on the Xbox as well, but its just easier to do on the PC version.
