  1. Dude, you got Staley and Bettis, how can you have no running game? ←
  2. Just starting out myself (Game was released today in my local store and I had the first copy on pre-order). I aced the IQ test, got drafted by the Steelers. Big Ben went down in Week 2 of the season and I've become the starter. Averaging about 200 yards a game at the moment, mostly on slant patterns to Ward, which is good cause I'm getting absolutely NO run support.
  3. I would've picked neither BLC is too arcadey and C2005 is just C2004 with create a player and a stat update. I would've said get C2004 and splurge the rest on a gift for the missus
  4. I hate you all. I can't get this game till October. I kill you
  5. There's only one piece of advice I can give. Always, Always, ALWAYS Raise with J-3. Go all in if it's no limit. LET THE POWER OF CBL COMPEL YOU!
  6. Go go my little english brethren....enjoy your ashes victory. It's just a pity for you that noone in Australia cares
  7. Halitosis - Australian Nu-metal/alt band. I filmed a video with them at my work. Bought their LP and it's never left my CD case since The Almaboobies - Hot chicks playing Rock. Just don't listen to their fucking skittles song.
  8. I kinda thought I'd lost touch with Metallica, didn't rate a lot of their new stuff until I watched Some Kind of Monster. It got me to actually get St Anger and I was surprised to find it's a pretty solid album. Not a Kill Em All or Ride the Lightning does actually find me getting in. My lists Fav albums 1. Kill Em All 2. Ride the Lightning 3. Master of Puppets 4. St Anger 5. ReLoad 6. .....And Justice for All (I never got into that album for some reason) 7. Black 8. Load 9. Garage Inc (Which everyone seemed to forget) Top 10 Songs 1. Hero of the Day (The only reason I actually own Load) 2. Seek and Destroy 3. One 4. Master of Puppets 5. For Whom the Bell Tolls 6. Nothing Else Matters 7. Frantic 8. Wherever I May Roam 9. Turn the Page (Which I always rated over Whiskey in the Jar) 10. No Leaf Clover
  9. I'm not buying it although I have played it. It's C2004 with create-a-player and a stat update. THAT'S why it's getting such poor reviews, not its gameplay
  10. I have an excuse for not finishing. I fell asleep. You probably know who's won but I'll finish adding the last of the key hands so you know what to look for.
  11. I picked Black on a poker forum three days ago. Wish I had've had enough balls to put money at 3000-1 like he was
  12. We've been playing a couples of hours. I'm going to edit key hands into this post as I follow all the action.
  13. Under my oh-so-technical rule of "If ESPN covers it it must be a sport" I bring to you the final table draw for the play tomorrow 1. Aaron Kanter - $10,700,000 (seat 6) 2. Tex Barch - $9,330,000 (seat 3) 3. Andrew Black - $8,140,000 (seat 2) 4. Mike Matusow - $7,410,000 (seat 5) 5. Steve Dannenmann - $5,460,000 (seat 8) 6. Joseph Hachem - $5,420,000 (seat 1) 7. Daniel Bergsdorf - $5,270,000 (seat 4) 8. Scott Lazar - $3,370,000 (seat 9) 9. Brad Kondracki - $1,180,000 (seat 7) Matusow is an absolute pain in the ass but you have to give him his props he has a legit shot. This may be the closest final table in a few years with 7 players a double up away from lead chip position basically. I like Andy Black, the Irishman has made some really good plays this week. He did have 14 mill at one stage. Also "Aussie" Joe Hachem is there. I've played with him and he's a nice bloke. Anyone but fucking Matusow I beg of you Poker Gods, we'll NEVER shut him up! Anyways, discuss.
  14. I hate Gallop Racer. I'm a Koei mark so G1 Jockey > *
  15. Drago: If he dies, he dies. Greatest. Quote. Ever.
  16. I'm overdoing it, I know, but dangerous driving in general when cars are flying around the track at 200mph is asking for trouble. He was going out, and appeared to try and take Hill out with him (I say appeared, as someone will be like "zOMG, it was just an accident"...kinda like Ap Sham with the Bradshaw/Meanie thing). At those speeds, anything could have happened. ←
  17. I loved the podium. Tiago all happy and celebrating. Schumi and Ruebens just fuck off. What an absoulte joke. On the bright side. Minardis get shiteload of points. VIVA LA MINARDI~!
  18. 6 car actually. The Bridgestone runners. Team Ferrari. Team Jordan and Team Minardi. Hey if all the Ferraris and Jordans crash and it's a Minardi 1-2. MARK OUT PERSONIFIED! Edit: Are you sure it's Minardi's best finish, or is it just equalling it. I seem to remember Pier-Luigi Martini finishing on the podium once about......hmmmm......16-17 years ago.

    N64

Probably going to buy one next week. Local old school gaming joint has N64 plus No Mercy for $30
  20. For some unknown reason at the moment it's Save Yourself by Stabbing Westward.
  21. Heard of it. But personally I think there's a better chance that Promotion Wars 2 will come out rather than this
  22. Some predicitions from me. Nick Diaz. Don't know a lot about Oishi due to my hatred of all Pancrase fighters not named Bas Rutten. Still Diaz is a machine damnit. David Loiseau McCarthy hasn't really blipped on the radar where I'm from. Better the devil you know. Nathan Quarry Again due to my hatred of Pancrase fighters. But Quarry's got mad skills Now to the PPV Karo Parisyan Something tells me he's gonna stop the Terror. It'll probably be a boring fight on paper but Parisyan could definately get a stop here. Forrest Griffin. Although I'd love to see Mahood do a Jeremy Horn and kick Forrest's head into the tenth row ringside. Paul Buentello Rich Franklin Ace is king. That is all Andrei Arlovski I won't hide it. I like Justin Eilers, like I like most of the IFC fighters (Being the only thing we in Australia got till last year). Can he beat Arlovski though? I will certainly be going for him. But my head says Andrei
