Is The Haunting Of Hill House good for somebody that's not super into horror? I've heard it's waaaay darker than it needs to be, but is it good storytelling? Is there somewhere else I should be looking for that sort of thing?

I skipped season two, but that teaser was quite teasey.

Season premiere snuck up on me. A little bit of a slow start, but I'm confident things are going to ramp up pretty quick. I didn't stick through the first bit of the lodge show to catch the teasers though...

I honestly think and have always thought that this was the plan. I think it will happen after the details of the next television contract are disclosed though. XFL was a nice way to explain why the largest shareholder dumped nine figures worth of stock without raising any red flags.

What is the conversion compatibility for TEW2005 to future installments? I feel like if there were a way to modify TEW2005 in such a manner that the data could be upgraded to improve more modern TEW data sets, it'd be worthwhile to more than just TEW2005 players. I'm not sure how feasible that is though. I know conversion can't go backwards, but if developing TEW2005 data could yield upgrades for the TEWs between 05 and 16, you'd find a wider reach of people that could benefit from it. I guess my question is what is the earliest version of TEW in which data could be reasonably converted for use in TEW2016? I'm sure there's always going to be some level of deterioration, but where is the jump where conversion becomes least useful?

It was next on my list. Should I not bother?

Yes, but not without manipulating the data. At the end of the day, whoever does the work on this should do it the way they want it done and anybody that has a problem with the way they do it can do it a different way themselves. That's really the only answer that's going to appease everybody and, more importantly, the only way anything is actually going to get done.
