    Transformers

Can't wait to see the movie. I'll probably be seeing it tomorrow or Saturday. Though I don't know why I wanna see it so much. I was never into Transformers, though I loved Beast Wars.

    Devil May Cry

I loved the Street Fighter anime, so I'll definitely give this a shot.
  3. Sum 41's Underclass Hero is coming out 3 weeks from today. And after listening to 2 tracks on it, I'm really anticipating this. I've waited a year and a half for a new studio album from them. Also, last time I checked Rob Zombie's MySpace, he said that he's releasing a live album this year.

    Best of both

Metallica or Megadeth?: Nirvana or Pearl Jam?: Guns N' Roses or Motley Crue?: The Pogues or The Clash?: Jimi Hendrix or Eric Clapton?: Slipknot or Stone Sour?: Oasis or Radiohead?: Sex Pistols or The Ramones?: Panic! At The Disco or Fall Out Boy?: Anthrax or Slayer?: Blink 182 or Sum 41?: My Chemical Romance or Lostprophets?: Linkin Park or Papa Roach?: Good Charlotte or Green Day?: SOiL or Drowning Pool?: Foo Fighters or Queens of the Stone Age?: The Verve or Coldplay?: Avril Lavigne or Kelly Clarkson?: Only did ones I care about or actually know the artists. For me the hardest ones were Nirvana/Pearl Jam and Blink 182/Sum 41.
  6. Tone Loc - Funky Cold Madina Anything from Queen Anything from Weird Al "Video Killed The Radio Star"
  7. More Queen! (*sigh*, I have no life to be listening to this many albums a day) Queen - Jazz: 8/10 Favourite Songs: Bicycle Race and Fat Bottomed Girls Queen - The Game: 9/10 Favourite Songs: Crazy Little Thing Called Love and Don't Try Suicide Queen - Flash Gordan: 5/10 Only Good Song: Flash's Theme Queen - Hot Space: 8/10 Favourite Songs: Calling All Girls and Under Pressure Queen - The Works: 7/10 Favourite Songs: I Want To Break Free and Hammer To Fall Queen - A Kind Of Magic: 6.5/10 Favourite Song: A King Of Magic Queen - Live Magic: 7/10 Favourite Songs: Tie Your Mother Down
  8. My favorite Hard Rock album would be Guns N' Roses' "Use Your Illusion I". My favorite Pop-Punk album is Blink 182's "Enema of the State". My favorite album of the 90's overall is Nirvana's "Nevermind". "The Wall", "Dark Side of the Moon", and "Wish You Were Here" would all be in my Top 10. As well as "Led Zeppelin II", "Led Zeppelin IV", "A Night At The Opera", "Revolver", "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", "Nevermind", and "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars". My favorite album overall is "The Wall", which I have listened to around 40 times in the last 4 months.
  9. Never posted this earlier cause I was gone; Candyman (1992): 7.5/10 Candyman: Farewell to the Flesh (1995): 4/10 -- The Invisible Man (1933): 8/10 One of the best horror-comedies I've ever seen. Halloween H2O: 7/10 As of now this is the only Halloween sequel I've seen, and I enjoyed it. Also has possibly the greatest and most badass ending I've ever seen in a horror movie. -- Dead Silence: 6/10 Meh. Hostel - Part II: 1.5/10 The movie starts as kind of a chick flick, introducing the female cast and attempting to "develop" them as interesting characters so the audience would care for them later on. They all just come off as obnoxious sluts. Then the torturing starts! When really, the people who watch this movie are put through more torture than the characters actually in the movie. Eli Roth has now directed 3 consecutive pieces of shit disguising as movies. I am not looking forward to see what he does to Stephen King's Cell. -- Phantasm (1979?): 8/10 Les Diaboliques (1955): 9.5/10 The near 2 hour thriller starts slow, but quickly builds. The ending is absolutely genius and unexpected, one of the greatest plot twists I've ever seen in a movie. I'm surprised this movie's not more popular what it is.

    Kate Nash

"Caroline's a Victim" is simply awful. Whenever she sings, "Caro - Line" it feels like a kick in the balls. "Foundations" isn't that good either, but much better than the previous song. This is a song I can tolerate.
  11. Decided to listen to Queen's first 6 albums today. Queen - Queen: 7/10 Favourite Song: Keep Yourself Alive Queen - Queen II: 7.5/10 Favourite Songs: Ogre Battle and Seven Seas of Rhye Queen - Sheer Heart Attack: 8.5/10 Favourite Songs: Killer Queen and Brighton Rock Queen - A Night At The Opera: 10/10 Favourite Songs: everyone is brilliant, but Bohemian Rhapsody and Prophet's Song are the standouts. Queen - A Day At The Races: 8.5/10 Favourite Song: Tie Your Mother Down Queen - News Of The World: 7.5/10 Favourite Song: Spread Your Wings
  12. My favorite part about Summer - watching several movies a day. Night of the Living Dead (1990): 6.5/10 One of the best (if not the best) horror remake. Though it's really not needed. If you've watched the original, there's really no reason to watch this. The Wolf Man (1941): 8/10 Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1920): 7/10 A fine movie all round, though John Barrymore's acting is superb. Probably the best I've ever seen in a silent movie. Freaks (1932): 4/10 This is on IMDB's Top 50 horror films? Acting was bad, plot wasn't interesting, movie was quite boring. The only good scene was the one that featured the line "One of Us! One of Us!" at the dinner table. The rest of the movie was pretty bad. Bride of Frankenstein (1935): 9.5/10 Simply amazing. The movie was visually outstanding. Couldn't believe it was over 70 years old. The character of The Creature was portrayed in a beautiful way. Sure I preferred The Creature in the original Mary Shelley novel, but the film did it's own thing and it did it well.
  13. I'm insane when it comes to extras. With The Simpsons and Futurama DVDs, I LOVE the audio commentary, more than the actual episodes. And only watch the episodes with commentary on. And I usually run minimarathons and watch an entire season or two a day. Many episodes of Futurama I've watched with commentary around 5-10 times. I can't get enough of it. Deleted scenes, concept art, interviews, trailers, bios, I love it all. When I got a loan of my friend's Alien Quadrilogy Boxset, I watched each version of the 4 movies, and every bonus feature. It consumed a week of my life. So yes, even though I own the bare movie DVD of each Kill Bill, I do plan on getting this.
  14. ...You hate Black Parade (or MCR) that much? I'm not an MCR fan by any means (hell, I used to hate them a lot), but I found Black Parade pretty decent.
  15. Day of the Dead: 6/10 A let-down compared to the previous two. Though still better than Land of the Dead. Frankenstein (1931): 9/10 An overall superb horror film. Though very dated, The Creature remains the greatest character in horror film history. While not even close to being considered "scary" by today's film standards, it has great atmosphere and mood.
  16. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2: 5/10 Would have been a decent movie if they never ruined Leatherface and turned him into a wimp. That really ruined the movie for me. The second he started showing affection for Stretch, it just went downhill from there. Though Bill Mosely's character was great and very enjoyable. Though around 50 minutes in, the movie gets incredibly dull and uninteresting. Overall, a so-so movie with many highs and lows. Fans of 80's horror might get some enjoyment out of this.
  17. Ginger Snaps: 9/10 I love this movie the more I watch it. Easily my favourite horror film of the last 15+ years. Re-Animator: 8/10 God, this is more reason why I love horror-comedies, and movies that just don't try to be serious.

    The Beatles

Not sure if I'd call them the greatest band of all time. I think I'd consider Zeppelin the greatest band ever. But The Beatles in my opinion would easily rank among the Top 10 Greatest. They're one of my top 10 favourite bands.
  19. The Day After Tomorrow: 6/10 A decent, fun little movie loaded with special effects. Not much to it though. Dawn of the Dead (1978): 9/10 A superb horror film. I preferred this over Night of the Living Dead.
  20. Faces of Death (1978): 0/10 Oh God, I hate myself now for watching this. I pity any person who gets enjoyment out of this.
  21. I have a fascination with the "torture" genre. I enjoyed the Saw trilogy, and Zombie's 2 "Firefly Movies". Hell, I loved Devil's Rejects. And I STILL hated Hostel and thought it was a disgusting, worthless piece of shit movie. So it's no surprise to me that Hostel II is doing bad.
  22. Not a "Rock Band", but I think Beastie Boys' - Fight For Your Right To Party would be an example.
  23. This doesn't effect me as I'm perfectly happy with DVD and don't plan on "upgrading" anytime soon. I hate having to "move up" just because the mainstream is. Same with video gaming consoles. I still don't have a 360, PS3, or Wii, and as of now, I don't want any of them. I'll only be "upgrading" when DVDs are no longer being made.
  24. Easily my favorite movie scene ever: Back to the Future And my 2nd favorite movie moment (which I couldn't find a clip of) was in Clue at the end where Mr. Body explains the events of the movie leading up to that point. Curry's performance in that one scene was simply amazing, one of my favorite acting performances in any movie.
