The one I'm using now is a Dragonborn Oath Of Devotion Paladin who carries a shield and the holy weapon of Lathandar. Very much a boring "knight in shining armor" type.

Unsure of my solo run yet.  A multiplayer run with my friends is getting a fully chaotic half orc bard though.   And not some fighter in disguise college of swords faux bard, a real musical theater kid!

Bard is a great choice for a first play through. So many ways to play through  (melee, ranged, or spell slinger) as that class.

This is my pure chaos multiplayer playthrough, my solo is a wizard based on the one I was going to use for our dnd game

Experimenting with multiclassing, my Astarion is going to end up the most goth character in existence. Gloom stalker assassin? Yes please.

I will, however, be dying all of his equipment yellow and baby blue.
