Does it integrate with the Steam library or is it like Epic Games? I only play on the SteamDeck and don't know how to use non-Steam launchers but those two games have been on my radar.

You get Steam keys, so they will be part of your Steam library.

Empire at War was one of my favorite games and I always wish that more could have been done with it. I can imagine it as something along those lines but much more sick/crazy/awesome.

Marvel's Midnight Suns will be free to keep on the Epic Games Store from 6th June. I think it's a decent game in its own right, but getting it for free is obviously great no matter what.
