Try putting the disc in first and then the USB, and if that doesn't work then the USB first then the disc. I can't remember which way round it goes.

it could be the ps2 disc doesn't support your ps2 model. When I ordered my sharkport I got it and the disc was made for an older model ps2 and thus wouldn't work . I couldn't get an update for it so I went out and bought an X-port and when I got it the ps2 disc was for an older system so I contacted the company and they sent me a new disc for my ps2 model for free

so you might want to check the company website and email them

Yeah, I've installed it to PC. It's just playstation that doesn't like me all that much.

Do you also have a max memory card or another type? Cause if you try loading the max drive software with a max memory card in it'll think you're just loading that, for some reason.

My max drive worked fine til I got a max memory card.

I finally bought the game yesterday, and I'm enjoying it a lot more than I've enjoyed any of the SmackDown games since HCTP. I'm still playing on Easy, so that I can get used to the controls and additions to the game before I decide to start raising the difficulty level.

On that note, what's everyones favorite CAW that they use from the real life TNA? I'm looking to make one, but can't decide who. Any suggestions?

Has anyone ever had a pinfall and a DQ happen at the same time? I was just watching a Norris/Diesel/Mr.T triple threat match, and T was pinning Diesel. Norris did an elbow drop just as the ref counted three, and despite T getting the three count it ended without a winner as the ref got up and called the DQ instead of the pin.

I finished my first season as Edge on Easy. Moving up to Medium tonight when I get home.

I got the Uneasy Alliance, then the Legends Tour, the Royal Rumble, and the Road to Wrestlemania storylines. It was interesting. The cutscenes are much better this year though. But there were a few scenes where Edge was talking to Stone Cold, and there wasn't any vocals from Edge.

I'll be starting to work on my Samoa Joe CAW tonight, and probably start a SmackDown game with someone. Any suggestions?

I'm currently making a Necro Butcher caw, which looks pretty swish, as well as being half way through a Delirious, Super Dragon and Davey Richards.

a. There's no scissors kick without the Booker T taunt and Spineroonie, unfortunately.

b. I don't think it would be possible to do a decent Steve Blackman entrance. Superstar 4 moves *might* work for part of his entrance, but I'm not quite sure what parts.

Had some matches on this today.

Firstly, I forgotten how much regular tag matches suck, partly down to the CPU having the AI of drunken amoeba. I was defending the World Tag Team Championships as Jericho and Angle vs. Benoit and Eddie. After about 20 minutes of good action, laced with annoyance at said AI, I just left Angle and Benoit to eliminate each other via double count-out, leaving me to beat Eddie. Solid, but nowhere near a classic match. I remember now why only play tag matches as gimmick matches.

Secondly, went back on GM Mode. I must suck at this. Both shows are prett even viewer wise, but I dont know how when I'm RAW and SD! has Undertaker, Cena, JBL, Mysteiro, Benoit, Orton and Eddie, they seems to get way better rated shows. No money for me either. This can be quite a tricky game mode. Might start again as Smackdown or do a random roster. Not sure about this game mode yet, it seems ok but not great. CPU seems to win a lot.

Up and Down. one of them makes your partner attack your legal opponent, the other makes him attack the illegal man.
