So... for our purposes Party Mode seems to work. Although you always spawn in the same place.

Knife fights... won't work though.

We can have shoving matches atop moving cars at least...

I was running 16 person Free Mode for most of the night, almost zero lag. This is awesome. Hell you don't even have to leave the party lobby to have fun.

It's awesome lag free, from my expirience, and just cruisin' with friends is fun, blasting fools left and right.

An hour or so of SA will have to suffice in the meantime.

Quick questions about the online Free Mode...

When you choose Custom Free Mode, you join somebody elses game, so how (if possible) do you create your own?

Also, I haven't done any of the story yet, so not sure what it's like offline, but I've got into two cars that's been on the side of the road without having to smash the window/hotwire them. I thought you had to do that before you could drive away in one. Oh well.

As well as that, I thought you were able to create what your guy looks like before you played online. How d'you do that exactly?
