The Office had an interesting plot point or two, but Andy's still on the Make You Hate Me Tour 2012. But yay Stephen Colbert!

It overall felt like The Night of Major Plot Points.

The conclusion I'm taking from this week's Office is that Erin is awesome and should dump Andy for New Jim.

Parks and Rec...YES! Did not see that coming and it felt so right and oh my god oh my god. Though I hated the moment earlier in the episode where Ron looked right at the camera and asked "What the hell was that?" It felt weird to see a character interact with the cameraman outside of a talking head. But that was overshadowed by how great the rest of the episode was.

30 Rock was cool too. Nice seeing Amy Sedaris on my television again (in something I actually watch)!

In a final act of desperation, Up All Night is becoming a multi-camera sitcom.
