– Multiple sources believe Claudio Castagnoli and Chris Hero, who perform as The Kings of Wrestling for Ring of Honor, will conclude their obligations with the organization next month and join WWE immediately thereafter.

Though they are advertised for the August 13th Ring of Honor television taping in Chicago Ridge, Illinois, one source says it’s possible they will debut for WWE—bypassing developmental—before the end of the month. There are also rumors that they could be involved in CM Punk’s current storyline.

We now live in a world where the WWE signs guys like Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli(most likely) and TNA signs reality TV nobodies. -_-

Anyways tick Shooting for Richie Steamboat

Though Sin Cara's future with WWE remains uncertain over his recent drug test failure, some new information about his predicament was broken by Mexican wrestling expert Dr. Lucha Steve Sims on today's Figure Four Daily podcast:

Though the test failure has been reported to be due to steroids, Sims is not so sure about that, as Cara is telling people in Mexico that the failure was due to some pain medication for his knee that's on the WWE's banned substances list which he wasn't able to supply them a prescription for. Some people believe Cara's story, as he's had a history of knee problems for quite some time. Cara gave a very similar explanation for his suspension to the Mexican newspaper Record last week.

Sims is claiming that the drug test failure was the excuse people were looking for to send him a message about his attitude backstage and stresses that's the reason why they are considering firing him. The WWE locker room seems to view him similarly to many of the women he's tried to date in Mexico, "a real jerk" who feels he's "superior" to everyone. WWE management is also irked that "he apparently hasn't lifted a finger yet to study English". One wonders whether we would have heard anything about his Wellness problems, if he hadn't rubbed up so many of his colleagues the wrong way and had at least feigned a little bit of interest in learning the local language.Sims thinks it's less than 50/50 that he'll be brought back straight away after his 30 day suspension is over.

Averno looks like he hasn't been to the gym in three weeks and is losing his definition, because he's working 10+ shots a week for CMLL and independent promoters in Mexico to capitalise on the infamy he's gained between the reports he's signed with WWE and his recent unmasking. If Cara comes back to WWE, then Averno is expected to follow soon after, but if he comes in looking out of shape, that could be the kiss of death for him.

lower Sin Cara's attitude and behavior to 50

If you check SS Look for Jay Briscoe, check it for Mark too. Also, I don't think Sugar should get it.

Sugar looks more like a star than the Briscoes do IMO so IF the Briscoes have it, Sugar should too. I agree about Mark though, he and Mark almost look like twins...

IMO Vin Gerard does not look like a star. Love his work, he just isn't a star from his looks.

I would NOT lower it THAT MUCH. I would lover his attitude and behavior to 65 at the lowest. I know some people (namely Alberto Del Rio) have been trying to sink Cara since day 1 due to issues dating back to their time as the top faces in CMLL. As I said earlier in the thread, Sin Cara has bitched to the Record several times during his CMLL days which is not uncommon in Mexico because the Mexican press still sees wrestling as a shoot. Numerous wrestlers have said to these papers such as The Record either wanting to beat their opponent or saying they want to be pushed further up the card and be given a chance that they have not been given. If you drop Cara's attitude and behavior for bitching to the media, do it for ALL Mexican wrestlers.

You mean like in 2004 when the WWE signed guys like Paul London and Ultimo Dragon and TNA signed Jonny Fairplay? :)

TNA spoiler/discussion...

Velvet Sky's promo work has impressed me a lot lately. It was improving steadily, and then tonight, I think it all came together. While I understand some may view the current storyline in TNA as being a bit cheesy, I honestly think her mic work, especially given the "bully" storyline, has been sensational, and shown a totally new side of her.

I hope this video can go in the spoiler tags without ruining the promo. It's a confrontation between Velvet/Traci and ODB/Jackie after several attacks from the latter pairing on Velvet, until Traci came to her aide last week. Now Velvet's fed up and is venting on why exactly ODB and Jackie should leave her the hell alone.

I think this constitutes at least a mid-80s rating for charisma.

Sugar is not at all defined and I think that warrants not having SS Look.

Sugar looks as much like a star as a luchador looking like a star due to their mask such as Ultimo Dragon.

Did you see him at Evolve 9? He looked downright flabby.

No in all fairness I did not but he does look like a star if luchadors who without their masks are not but when they have them, they do. Let's face it, not every luchador looks like stars unlike Alberto Del Rio, Averno or Konnan without their masks. You put a cool bodysuit and cool mask on anyone, they would look cool which is why I say Rey Mysterio and Jushin Liger should not have fonz factor. Take off the mask, there goes their appeal.

B.A.D needs his stats reviewed just a little bit. His brawling needs to be 72, speed needs to be 15, and technical up it to about 23. He also needs menacing checked.

Edit: Danny Duggan needs his speed raised to 58. As well as SS Look checked.

Edit 2: Joshua Lowry needs SS Look checked.

Edit 3: LT Summers needs SS Look and Menacing checked.

Edit 4: Brian Fury needs his charisma raised to 66.

In an addition to my edit 4: check SS Look for Brian Fury as well. If you need proof, type in the words "Brian Fury wrestler" on google images. I'm pretty sure you can do the rest.

When's the last time either of those two wrestled without their masks or signature gear? At this point its part of them. I can see the point about someone who wrestles with and without.
