I have an issue for anyone who uses Origin.

I downloaded two games a fair while ago through their 'On The House' service. My Origin system on my PC broke somehow, something accidentally got deleted or something, and I've had to reinstall it. I now no longer have access to these two games, because it's asking my for a product code that I don't recall it ever giving me. Is there a solution or are they just gone?

I don't really mind, because I never used them anyway, but if I can get them back then I'll have more to play

Those should be tied to your account. I would e-mail their customer support and tell them the tale. Should be no issue deactivating and reactivating, ala PS or XBox content.

For all the shit people give EA/Origin I have to say that I've always found their customer service folks to be incredibly helpful and efficient when sorting things out.

The chat I had with them was very pleasant, and I probably wouldn't have worked out my issue if she hadn't told me the date the account I was using had been created.

Origin Customer Support is amazing. If you wanted into the Titanfall beta you literally just had to ask them nicely for it and they'd give it to you. It was great.

No joke on nothing, that's literally what I did. "Hey, I didn't get in the beta, can I have a key?" "Sure."
