Not a big Manziel fan, but those rules in general are ridiculous. The NCAA and its colleges make millions off of young athletes, but god forbid one sells a few autographs for himself.

I don't know about the first round(From what I've read his height and lack of prototype build will hurt his stock), but an NFL team will definitely take him early, regardless of all this nonsense.

I don't think Manziel will be a good NFL quarterback at all. Obviously, he can develop over the next two or three years. But people that keep saying, "He may leave after this year!" are morons. Sure he's flashy and athletic, but no defense in the NFL would let him zigzag them like he did against college kids.
