The Thread Where We Discuss Golf

My boss was sitting in my office yesterday and he was like, "So can you do this for me tomorrow; I'm taking the day off."

And I was like, "Yeah, I was thinking of taking Friday off too, but decided against it. I was just going to sit around and watch the Masters."

And he said, "That's exactly why I'm taking off."

And then we spent a half-hour chatting about golf and his bets on the tournament and now I think he likes me even more than he already did. Bonus.

I went to bed before Spieth and DeChambeau went down 18

Spoiler

Ouch. A great round spoiled with a 7 for DeChambeau. On the flip side he made a mockery of Amen corner by scoring birdies so it's evened itself out.

Should be a very interesting Saturday. I feared for the tournament when Spieth moved to -7 with the competition way back.

I missed the Spieth mistakes at 17 and 18 because I fell asleep. :/

I'm hoping that the conditions are a little better today. There's plenty of players within a few shots so it'd be great if they could go out and make a score to make it really tight at the top.
