There's not a day goes by where I don't sacrifice a virgin to the lord of darkness in thanks of Sissoko's transfer fee.

Looks like Chris Wood is on his way out 😞 be interested to see if he plays tonight.

Linked with Burnley isn't he?

It'd be a big loss for you but a great signing for them if that's the case.

Apparently he doesn't feel it'd be right to play. Fuck him. Enjoy your season in the premier league, we'll wave on our way past.

Oh yeah and fuck Burnley.

Edit: don't know why it isn't embedded.

£15m is a good amount of money for him though. If we can replace him quick it could potentially be viewed as a good bit of business.

But still, fuck Burnley.

We sold McCormack 3 years ago for 4m less. He still had 2 years on his deal and he's only 25, in today's market we should have demanded no less than 20m. We'll struggle to replace him at such short notice. Hopefully we can get someonealmost as good for about 10m and maybe strengthen a couple of areas... That's the best case scenario and we'll need the attacking players we've already got to step up

Yeah, I think we were holding out for £20m anyway. Either way, if he was that adamant about leaving, it's probably better to let him go.

It's just one of those situations where we've got to wait and see what actually happens. Hopefully the likes of Alioski, Saiz and even Roofe step up and start banging in some goals.

An assist and a goal between the two isn't a bad start @Matt ;)

Good signing for Burnley, probably a more than adequate replacement for Andre Gray.

Way of the world I'm afraid, Leeds. Can't blame him for wanting to play in the Premier League.

Short sightedness though. Stick with us for a year, he'll either come up with us or get a move next summer. If he comes up with us we've probably got a better chance than Burnley at becoming an established midtable side, with Burnley he's probably going straight back down. Plus he'd have the legend status of being the man that got us the goals that took us back to the promised land.

Side before self every time.

Sky sources understand Tottenham are close to completing a deal to sign Southampton goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga.

The 25-year-old is being brought in as third-choice goalkeeper to provide extra competition for Hugo Lloris and Michel Vorm.

Spurs had considered doing a permanent deal Espanyol’s Pau Lopez, who spent last season on loan at White Hart Lane.

Gazzaniga spent last season on loan at Spanish side Rayo Vallecano, keeping 11 clean sheets in 32 appearances.

Do you think? They've done the yoyo bit once and survived last season, I think under Dyche they've got a decent chance of establishing themselves like a Bournemouth or Stoke.

Footballers today will pretty much always choose that though, he's no different to anyone. Plus, he will go to Burnley with the thought that he can fire them to safety, and I don't think Burnley will go down personally, Sean Dyche has built a solid side there and they are better at this point in time than several other PL clubs. Plus, the top of the Championship is about as competitive as its been in years.
