It's my "job" to deal with legitimate reports, this one is not one.
this is not fraud, it's misrepresentation.
i am disappointed that you can't see how your negative behaviour is affecting others around you andrew, this is appalling behaviour.

It is fraud. Misrepresentation is a type of fraud you utter prune. Cf Fraud Act 2006, section 2.
Given that you don't seem to understand what fraud is, I don't think you can be relied upon to deduce which reports are legitimate and which are illegitimate. But here's a hint: reports of fraud concern genuine wrongdoing and should be attended to.
