  1. Maybe after 40k they'll fancy another sci-fi property...
  2. I too have just watched Prey and while I don't know exactly where I'd rank it between that and the original it was definitely a lot better than I was expecting it to be and didn't overstay it's welcome like some films tend to. Would like to see what they were to do with it going forwards but I'd worry about diminishing returns so we'll have to see. Wherever it ranks on my list, I think it did have my favourite sequence I'm sure there were a load of little things in there that I didn't absorb first time round and unlike a lot of things I'd definitely watch it again to see how much I missed and don't think it would diminish the enjoyment at all.
  3. My nose hasn't stopped bleeding, It's been a while since I've seen a Stevenage team in this sort of position. Can't wait for Evans to fuck us over but going to enjoy every moment until then.
  4. I think if Chelsea concentrated rather than trying to fight, they might have stopped that.
  5. Spurs get back into game. Spurs decide job done and stop making effort. Get away with a couple then gift a goal. Some things are never going to change.
  6. Well, looks like I've got home from work in time for a bit of amusement...
  7. I don't think it has all the expansions and stuff but if you want to play a bit more Catan it's on boardgamearena so can play a few games online. I know it's not the same but an option there.
  8. All part of the traditional nerd weekend, head to the reichsbuilding, roll some dice, spend money on more plastic you'll never get round to assembling and painting then head to Hooters on the way home.
  9. It is quite nice being high up in the league isn't it? Forgot what that feels like!
  10. Long story short. There was an issue over the FA wanting teams to be linked with mens clubs and after some opposition they ended up merging with Doncaster Rovers, itself not a disaster with how the money coming across has changed the game by running womens teams at a loss but helping to improve the standard in general, the teams with best results are generally those with money to burn not something Doncaster could throw their way (not that the Belles independently would make huge masses to spend). A big factor in the end is when they were just demoted from the WSL by the FA to make way for Manchester City who would make the league appear more legitimate but they never really recovered financially from the lost sponsor and demotion. They did win WSL2 a couple of years back but for financial reasons chose not to apply for the next season. I'd love to see them somehow rise from the ashes again but it's a different game than their glory years and it'll take a hell of a lot to help them recover and rebuild.
  11. Given how the FA fucked them over so badly, the correct answer for the area is Doncaster Belles.
  12. Oh dear oh dear! That'll surely be it though!
  13. Commentators kiss of death, how are you?
  14. Popps injury has been huge. Would back us to hang on at this point but need to be sensible.
  15. STEVENAGE WON A GAME! WE'RE NOT COMPLETELY SHIT yet
  16. Uganda got a draw against Australia in the 7s. With Uganda missing a kick to win it as time expired.
  17. They had a bigger lorry full of money turn up which overrode that.
  18. The team behind the Pathfinder games are doing a 40k RPG Hook it into my veins! If it's half as good as the Pathfinder ones were then I think it could be really good. Will be interesting what system they go with, wonder if it'll be similar to a Starfinder reskin.
  19. Been on my wishlist for ages and not got round to picking it up. Luckily free is my favourite price so no excuse now!

    Doctor Who

As far as companions go, just give me Ace twatting daleks with a baseball bat all the time and I'm happy
  21. It's the Spurs fan, you're still expecting them to throw one in and give Norwich a chance of getting something out of the game.
  22. Two, I know nobody really cared but Man United didn't score and nor did Norwich.
  23. Rodri with the equaliser. What a couple of minutes. All down to Watkins' missing some golden chances. It could have been 4/5-0.
  24. What a strike that was too. Meanwhile City get that goal back.
