  1. Not for Broadcast is now out in full and has around 25% off on Steam. Currently just under £15 in the UK. Short summary, you're the editor of a news broadcast and have to choose what cameras to show to the audience as well as censor bad language and keep up with other instructions from management. It's just gone in the Guinness book of World Records due to having about 50 hours of FMV footage. It's really well made and a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions. From absurd Pythonesque skits and loads of humour to some massive drama and lots of ways your choices influence the narrative. It's hard to really describe without seeing and playing it for yourself but I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot. Well there's 14 endings so... quite a few shots 🤣
  2. That is one of the best dives of the season.
  3. For further consolation, they didn't look at the off the ball incident in the box involving Hojbjerg where maybe there really was one! All three VAR decisions correct but could have at least made a game out of it by now. After his refereeing performance so far here though I'm anticipating the final whistle to go in about the 83rd minute
  4. If it's any consolation, at least this time Chelsea were able to score for themselves.
  5. It's Epithany so a big bank holiday run of games today.
  6. I have to admire this performance really. Spurs have been so poor but Chelsea being unable to capitalise has led to Spurs kindly scoring the two goals for them they feel Chelsea deserve. They won't be winning the Carabao Cup but they've got to win the Sportsmanship one here for that classy move.
  7. Spurs working hard here to ensure that nobody needs to worry about a second leg.
  8. Well that was an eventful five minutes...
  9. Don't give up lads. There might be a run of unseasonably horrendous weather causing the final two tests to be called a draw. It's the only hope we have of being competitive the way this tour's gone!
  10. I remember years ago watching Pop Up Video on VH1 where the usual bits of trivia basically read as a fact check correction service. Pointing out all the inaccuracies of the lyrics. By a fair amount of accounts last year it was "God Save the Queen'd" so even were it do so again it won't get the Christmas number 1 slot. On that note, has anything really done much in the way of making a stand or protesting against the shit christmas number 1s apart from that time we turned Killing in the Name into a Christmas classic?
  11. Our transatlantic brethren being spared the horror of The Lords Prayer, but to the tune of Auld Lang Syne!
  12. If I remember correctly at some point they lost all of the source code which obviously was a pain. It is still of course very slow going but the latest update with multiplayer has kicked it back into the psyche.
  13. Those little robots are such a fucking life saver 🤣
  14. Paul Poogba (I don't know who it is, and not sure I want to know but it was easier to get the pun in while I could, regardless of who it is Souness will blame him anyway)
  15. I liked the BBC praising a pitch invasion and the referee calling the game early due it while the commentary team gushed about it being what you like to see.
  16. The first display of fight from United there. "Fuck it just kick him". Luckily the officials had the spread at United to lose by no more than two and decided to ignore it. Then a follow up from Ronaldo! If United had shown this sort of fight earlier in the 90 minutes they might have been able to make a game of it.
  17. The deal with Warhammer was that they'd build up to bringing "the world that was" to life by offering everything from the tabletop (or near as damn it) to the TW franchise. Naturally putting it all in one was going to be unlikely even allowing for DLC and so it's been done a bit more piecemeal and will finally show it's "true" form when Mortal Empires V2 comes out. It's been such a huge money earner for CA and GW I'm anticipating DLC for quite some time after the launch of that. What it has done is show that the Total War formula can work and cater to audiences outside of the historical market and I would be very surprised if it's the last take on this style of Total War game. Whether that comes in the form of the long predicted Warhammer 40k TW or something else we'll see. The main thing will be getting the licenses but I'd suggest that the popularity of W:TW and the revenue that's bought in will be able to get someone like GRRM to be more than happy to give them the reigns on something.
  18. This is the most bizarre thing about Spurs. They're getting torn apart and beaten by teams who don't even really need to play that well to do it.
  19. Sounds like an interesting episode then. Thought it had been off air for years, has it had a reboot?
  20. Fucking hell, you'd think they'd have tried to build up some hype by now.
  21. Mark Kerr is the only real player card in the board game Counter Attack so his legend lives on!
  22. Not just paper famous, you were quoted on Sky Sports this morning as well.
  23. New manager bounce after the new chairman bounce. Newcastle will easily win by six at the weekend. Would be a good morale booster to get rid now.
  24. Fucking hell Crosby is shot.
  25. With Coco being mentioned above another great animation is Kubo and the Two Strings. Personally I rate Kubo higher but some of the best animations in years for me.
