It's about time. A smart move too, bringing in two more belts to add to shows that don't get title fights is great. Also, when they eventually do Faber/Torres, they could probably make that a huge fight under the UFC. Hearing the news about Aldo turning down a fight with Florian at 155 is weird though. That could've been an interesting fight.

From today's Observer update: --Patrick Cote noted today that he was cut after his loss to Tom Lawlor at UFC 121.

I'd have to buy the new kit since I only have the RB1 kit which doesn't support the cymbal addons. So I am not up for spending a lot of money for that right now.

Add Soundgarden's Black Hole Sun and RHCP's Dani California to that list of songs no longer working with Rock Band 3. I am not sure how these two songs got taken out of the game considered they were already part of a transfer from 1 to 2... I've never had to calibrate on my new TV, but for some reason I have to on RB3 and it's still not right. Gonna be a pain in the ass to get that right now.

I liked how Gabriel Gonzaga raised his hands after his fight like he thought he actually won that, it was weird. He clearly lost that fight, pretty convincingly too. Nice to see Matt Hamill win, but a win over Tito Ortiz doesn't mean a whole lot these days, just another loss for Tito is all. Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago was a good fight. I guess going back to Greg Jackson was a good thing for him because he looked great out there. Really weird seeing Jake Shields get tired in the second round, he's really not known for getting tired that easily. Also, not sure how one of the judges gave 30-27 to him, he certainly did not win round 2. Round one was Jake's round, round three could've gone either way, but I think Jake squeaked out a win at the end there. Cain Velasquez did a good job, learning from the mistakes that Shane Carwin made and picked his shots and did not go crazy. Fought a good fight there. So I am sure we'll now see Lesnar/Mir III which is fine with me, will be a fun build to that.

Did you miss when Rogan said "Is that an Art Jimmerson mask?" He fought and lost to Royce Gracie at UFC 1.

Loved seeing Carlos Condit knock out Dan Hardy, such a wonderful knockout.

Yeah that scene was wonderful. Such a great actor.

This thread had been used in the past for events without spoiler tags used so it should be just fine. Matt Mitrione /Joe Beltran was a fun fight. Mitrione looked really good here. Enjoyed the finish for CB Dollaway/Joe Doerksen fight. Not a fan of Dollaway but was impressed with the way he held on and rolled through it with Doerksen to guillotine him for the win.

The only old DLC that will work right away with pro mode is the drums since those are already mapped.

Why use spoiler tags when you already have spoilers in the title? I can understand if you want to talk about stuff if spoilers were leaked or something, but for the show that just happened using spoilers is silly and annoying. Just got around to watching it and I liked the way they killed off Hale, it was unexpected and great. This is gonna be a great season just going off this opener. Great way to kick things off.

Enjoyed seeing Joe Lauzon turn it up and deliver that great performance. Diaz/Davis was okay, nothing special. Poor performance by Kenny Florian, Gray Maynard did his job right by making Florian chase him but Florian couldn't get anything going and Maynard was the better man this night. So we'll be see Edgar vs. Maynard 2 and hopefully Edgar evens out that series at one a piece. Maia's fight was boring as hell. Loved seeing Randy submit Toney. And Edgar beating Penn for five straight rounds was nice to see as well and proved that his first win was not a fluke victory. Good job by him. But overall, not the best show in the world.
