Jeff Rosenstock (formerly of Bomb the Music Industry!) put out his latest solo effort on New Year's and its real good. It doesn't immediately jump out at me the way that his last two solo albums did, especially Worry, which was so fucking good, but I've also got a feeling this one's gonna be a grower. AOTY for me so far

Except the West Wing is good and Friends is trash But seriously, West Wing is amazing. That season two finale, oh man. I recently watched through the first two seasons just to get to that point again, it was so worth it.

holy shit, the last episode of taskmaster champion of champions might be the best episode they've done yet.

okay good glad we've reached a consensus parks and rec is the one that can come back then.

I really like how competitive some of the earlier champions (like Katherine Ryan) are. Like, the last series ended in a group hug and Katherine comes out trying to make sure she gets points and no one else does, I love it. I have the same reservations about it that you do, especially the length, but hey they're also filming another series of regular Taskmaster so at least we have that to look forward to.

taskmaster is amazing! i'm a little worried about the us version, but, like, if they stick to the format it should be fine. i mean, they even did a show with tv executives or something instead of comedians and that was still funny.

Oh man season five of Angel is great. Probably my favorite season of the show. I kind of hate Angel (the show, not the character) towards the end of season three/beginning of season four, but I think its worth pushing through to get to that ending.

Buffy season six is the best Buffy season! And that puts you at about season three of Angel, right? Have you seen it before?

We ordered ours a few days after the price was reduced. Ours was the day that they lost all the orders for, so while people who ordered after us got their cards we were still waiting. But, after that its been great! Although I fully don't expect it to last very long, its too good a deal. Also, in movie news, I'm so excited because the excruciatingly long (21 minutes) Frozen Christmas short is being removed from showings of Coco this week! Now I can finally go see Coco!
