  1. I really think that The Offspring haven't released a bad CD--in fact, they're all VERY good CDs. I voted for Conspiracy of One...next would be Splinter, then Ignition. I can't wait to hear the new CD...or to see them in concert.
  2. I just did Misirlou on expert. Twice. Because I am awesome.
  3. I haven't seen any "huge" musical acts, but everyone I see is a huge deal to me... As mentioned by alot of people, Green Day. Seeing Streetlight Manifesto twice was awesome. When Against Me! played my two favorite songs of theirs in a row (You Look Like I Need a Drink and Turn Those Clapping Hands Into Angry Balled Fists) with me pressed against the barricade. When the Bouncing Souls asked the crowd what they should play, and me and my 2 friends (against the barricade, once again) yelled "Manthem" and they played it. When I saw Weezer and The Pixies. The first time I saw Rob Zombie (Second time wasn't too good). When I won 2 $60 tickets to see Mike Doughty(!) open for The Barenaked Ladies. I was a huge fan of Soul Coughing and Mike'd solo work for 6 years, and I've wanted to see him perform for a long time and whenever he came around here, something happened and I wasn't able to go. I won tickets through the Mike Doughty e-mail list and all I had to do at the conert was collect e-mails for the mailing list, and I also got to meet Mike after his set and give him the e-mails I collected. But, a chill that lasted for about 50 minutes was when I finally saw Boy Hits Car in concert. They released a new CD called "The Passage" (which you should check out, it's amazing), and then kind of broke up. They got back together and went on a tour opening for Flyleaf (which they sound nothing like), and they had a few days off, so they sent out a message showing the days off they had and told people to tell them where they should play solo shows. I immediately suggested Madison, WI and they ended up playing there. They played nearly all of my favorite songs, and me and a bunch of friends got to go on stage with them during a song. It wasn't a huge crowd, but they played like it was. I got to meet them afterwards and talked to the singer for a long time. I sweated so much at the show, I drank 4 bottles of water afterwards. Best concert I've ever been to.
  4. Incubus doing Stellar and Love Hurts acoustic is great...as is Offspring's acoustic versions of Dirty Magic and Defy You.
  5. Streetlight Manifesto (I've heard 2 songs from the new CD and they are really good), Metallica, Misfits, Green Day, Offspring, Arctic Monkeys and Nine Inch Nails.
  6. Favorite songs: Red Raw and Devils. I like new Motorhead more than old Motorhead...more punkish.
  7. Funniest movie I've seen in a LONG time. Go see it if your aren't easily offened by...well, damn near anything.
  8. In no order...it would be WAY too hard to rank. The Crow Jerry McGuire Empire Strikes Back SLC Punk! Shaun Of The Dead Army Of Darkness Pulp Fiction Resevoir Dogs Sin City Clerks Back To The Future Swingers V For Vendetta Super Troopers Anchorman

  12. In No Order: The Strokes - First Impressions of Earth Bouncing Souls - The Gold Record Electric Six - Switzerland Red Hot Chili Peppers - Stadium Arcadium Streetlight Manifesto - Keasbey Nights Boy Hits Car - The Passage (If "best of" CDs count...) Chris Isaak - The Best of Chris Isaak
  13. Awesome, I got an MP3 of them doing that song (in studio) from their website...it's a good tune, but they have better b-sides.
  14. Unfortunately, CD singles are hard to come by over here, especially at a reasonable price. I bet the Sure Shot instrumental is really cool.
  15. "Song For Junior" by The Beastie Boys is a very relaxing instrumental. Speaking of them, I have an instrumental of "Ch-Check It Out"...got it on the CD single along with a b-side for $1. It's really cool.
  16. As said, Meatllica's "S&M" owns on all levels. Rammstein's "Live Aus Berlin" is great as well. I was majorly disappointed by Bullet in a Bible...it was only 65 minutes and they left off alot of things they did live.
  17. Anyone see them on the Switzerland album tour yet? How were they? How long did they play? What did they play? I'm a REALLY big fan and I'm so excited to finally see them...I was supposed to go two other times, but my rides cancelled...now, we have 6 people going, so I should finally be able to see them.
  18. Please, come see my movie or I will be execute. I can't wait to see this movie.

Same friend got an autograph from Nigel McGuinness and it had his name printed, his signature and a heart...still haven't figured that one out yet.
