  1. The only way this show should ever come back is if it becomes aware of itself (i.e., all of the adults still playing high school students; horrible, cheesy plots; etc.).
  2. If it's temporary and part of a storyline, that's fine. But I really hope they make his wrists and ankles look better. Unless part of the story involves Spinder-Man having an eating disorder, it just looks stupid.
  3. Depending on my mood, The Nightmare Before Christmas will get the job done. Lately, the Dawn of the Dead remake and Shaun of the Dead have done the trick as well.
  4. I think it's a quality show, but the family edition has been lacking. It seems alot more slow-paced. Kudos to them for trying something new, but like it was already, the challenges have been lacking and the having most of the show take place in the US is pretty lame. I'll be happy when they go back to the usual format.
  5. Here's a great article on Lost from MSNBC.com. Am I the only one that didn't catch the Hanso stuff at all?
  6. You know, I just now realized that the Sara from this episode was his fiance. Did anyone else not catch that or am I just extremely forgetful?
  7. Oh, wow. Great stuff all around. I'm glad they paid so much attention to the hatch. The opening scene was mind blowing, as was the ending. Absolutely surreal. I can't wait to see what's going on with Michael, Jin, and Sawyer. I also can't wait for the season to get into the swing of things so we can get a lot of the characters covered. What an awesome show.
  8. I got through Slaughterhouse-Five. It took me a while to actually start it, but I plowed through it in one day. Great, great book and I finally get Kilgore Trout's username. I think I will definitely pick up more of Vonnegut in the future. I'm about to finish Fahrenheit 451. It's great so far.
  9. Nope. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stuck_in_the_Middle_With_You
  10. http://imdb.com/title/tt0105236/trivia Some other fun facts:
  11. I just finished up the Half-Blood Prince yesterday and it lived up to my expectations. Now that I went through the whole series this Summer, I have to wait about 2 years for the last one. Today I'm going to start Slaughterhouse-Five. I don't know what to expect from it, but I've been told it's really good.
  12. His new CD is brilliant. I listened to half of it on the way to the movies the other day. I saw him live about a year ago too when he performed on campus. He's amazing to see live and I highly suggest going to see him if any of you get a chance. I think after that performance and hearing his new CD, he has easily become my favorite comedian.
  13. Probably Johnny Depp because he does something very different almost every time.
  14. When I saw this topic on the front page, I knew PkmnTrainerJ was the one that started it.
  15. I love it and I can't wait for the sequel. I don't go as far as to say that it is the best game ever, but next to Earthbound, it is my personal favorite game. I thought everything about it was great and I never got bored playing it.
  16. I'm going through all of the Potter books which I have found to be much better than I thought they would be. I'm up to Goblet of Fire and should finish it off today. Still left on my plate I have: The Complete Sherlock Holmes, Slaughterhouse-Five, and the Chronicles of Narnia.
  17. I think I had read that in Entertainment Weekly, but I guess "quiet a few years" is vague enough that it could be 10 or so. I agree with you in thinking that it is about that long.
