  1. I said I'd get a logo and banner made for my promotion in the scenario that EddieG is making and I ended up getting three of each. Rather than picking a couple and letting the other four go to waste I decided I'd let EWB pick which ones they think are the best. For those who haven't already seen my post in the registration thread, the promotion are called Anglo-European Championship Wrestling that operate in England and various parts of the European Union, hence the common colour scheme. Thanks to Arcadia for making these. She really is wonderful, guys.
  2. I'm trying to work out how to upload images directly from my PC to the board and I figured this would probably be a good place to ask. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
  3. I think that's the one that you can only use for scouting purposes and doesn't actually let you save any edits you make.
  4. Hopefully this will eventually mean that FMRTE12 goes down in price/becomes free again because I need it to fix a stupid little bug just to continue a game I've been playing for 5 seasons.
  5. I hope you PS3 guys are still playing online in December because I won't be able to get it until I get back from uni. That said, I'm sure my housemates will get it and they both have 360s so I'll probably just end up playing it on there and add some of the Xbox people on their profiles.
  6. Muse, Radiohead, The Killers, Kings of Leon, and Green Day post-2000 are the main bands I despise.

  8. Hopefully my uni housemate will get it on 360 because then I'll be able to play it on both consoles eventually, once I've finally gotten the PS3 version at Christmas.
  9. I signed up to Twitter today and for some reason I'm being followed by a magazine about firearms. I don't understand Twitter at all...

      It's a magazine magazine?

  10. Uncharted 1, 2 and 3 are all good. They play very much like The Last Of Us too, seeing as they're made by the same team of people.
  11. Quite a lot of people on the NCFC page on Facebook are complaining about how the shirt has too much green on it. I think it looks like the kind of shirt that you could make on PES when it made the jump to Xbox 360 and PS3, where they made the kit editing function terrible again.
  12. All three characters look fun. I really can't wait to get this game but I hate that I won't be able to play it much since I'll be back at uni by the time it comes out.
  13. I didn't say you don't have to post, I've just noticed that you seem to be unusually critical of his work. I don't see the point in having several mods based around the same date because it seems like unnecessary work and certainly isn't beneficial. Sure it makes sense if a mod is poor, like some of the older EWR mods, but I'm sure most people are content with charisma's effort. If you don't think a mod is good enough, edit it yourself. If you think other people might benefit from your edits, upload it yourself. But its not fair to ask other people to do something when someone else is already doing it. I certainly wouldn't call it respectful either.
  14. 2008 wouldn't be bad. I'm down with that. I would prefer a 2013, but 2008 is very cool too. I'm beginning to sense that you don't like cpt charisma's mods very much.
  15. Maybe its because January is the start of the year while Wrestlemania is only relevant to one promotion. Mods don't have to be centered around the WWE.
  16. I'd suggest something to plug in the gaps between the better made TEW10 mods. Somewhere from 1990-1995 or 2007-2011 would be my suggestion.
  17. 1 - Total War: Medieval, I can just keep going back to this game every few years. 2 - Casear III, similar to above but I probably don't have as much time logged on it. 3 - Age of Empires II, see 1 and 2. 4 - FM12, the only game in the FM series I've actually owned on the pc (had FM07 on the 360). 5 - The Sims, I have awesome memories of playing this game when I was younger. 6 - TEW10, probably the only PC game I've consistently played in a few years. 7 - TEW05, I played this as much as I did TEW10 before I decided to buy it. 8 - The Movies, I've only had it for a few weeks but its very fun. 9 - Total War: Medieval 2, I got it in October and played the hell out of it while I was still living in the flat I didn't like. 10 - Total War: Shogun, while I didn't find it as enjoyable as Medieval, Shogun still contained most of the features that makes TW great.
  18. The download corrupted. I think I'll leave it until tomorrow and download it on a campus pc, then onto my usb stick.
  19. I'm well aware that it's terrible, but its my university's fault for not providing me with an internet connection when I moved.
  20. TEOL's mirror is going a whole 1kb/s faster for me. Just 4 1/2 hours to go now! EDIT - Never mind. Back over five hours again. (N)
  21. Just five hours and twelve minutes to go!
  22. Only because of that unfortunate run-in with the Brum police back in 06 though.
  23. As far as I'm aware, Kanye West is a egotistical prick. So that's what my opinion is based on. And just because I've said that most people have a certain approach to some of the bands I listed doesn't mean it can be applied to all of them. I know that Papa Roach and 3DG are relatively mainstream, my point wasn't referring to them in any way. Heck, Three Days Grace haven't even been mentioned until now, and I doubt they would be if you hadn't brought that up.
  24. Just because I'm not in line with the majority tastes on EWB doesn't mean I don't listen to much music. I listen to a much wider variety than most people I know, it just hasn't been looked upon too well by many of those posting in this thread. It's slightly hypocritical that I'm not allowed to say I haven't heard certain musicians, or to say I don't like others when that's been a common occurence for those reviewing bands in this list that I do like, and voted for.
  25. Fall Out Boy - They have a few good songs but are still massively overrated. Kanye West - I don't like his music. I don't like him. QOTSA - I like the songs that I know but have never really explored their music beyond music videos played on TV. Green Day - Minority is their most recent song that I like. It came out in 2000. Tom Waits - The name is familiar but no music springs to mind. The Rolling Stones - I know how famous and successful they are/were, but I've never actively seeked out any of their music. The Velvet Underground - I could barely think of anything to say and then I realised that it says underground instead of revolver. Biffy Clyro - Just no. Frank Turner - Name seems familiar. The Mountain Goats - ?
