  1. I'll take a potato chip... THEN EAT IT!

  2. I wouldn't be worried about it, as I said before, the PS3 was supposed to have the same locks but they didn't, for pretty much this reason.
  3. All the reviews I read of Jurassic Park were really negative, is it really worth a go? Telltales Monkey Island games were superb if you haven't tried them. Fuck the reviewers, it's a wonderful game.
  4. So I played through the Jurassic Park game created by Telltale Games (the makers of the Walking Dead game, as well as a Back To The Future one, a Strong Bad one, and the modern generation Sam and Max games). It's not as emotionally gripping as TWD but still has a fantastic story to it, and really plays out like an interactive Jurassic Park movie. It also provides a lot of added lore into the series. Including stuff that makes Hammond come off as a massive dick, and a lot of the plot involves a certain can of shaving cream.
  5. Because locking out used games totally wasn't a rumored feature of the PS3, right?
  6. Xel'lotath from Eternal Darkness (technically a main villain and Augustus was her dragon, but Augustus had a much more prominent role). Rosenberg from GTA VIce CIty The Companion Cube from Portal Dio from Ogre Battle 64 Slippy from every Star Fox game Major Ocelot from MSG3 (*POSE!*) Naoto Shirogane from Persona 4. The entire supporting cast of Catherine. That's all I can think of for now.
  7. Intro... Darker Than Black's first. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDE8U5sxQbM And outro, Death Note's second. The full song is even better. Also a fan of the Black Lagoon intro and the GITS:SAC intro/exits.
  8. Anyone else watching? FX is showing the replay now. Really fun premiere, love the dynamic between the main characters.
  9. Um, what? It's been released for NA. Unless you mean on the PSN store?
  10. New Kids on the Block are doing a reunion tour. More like Broke Guys On The Road, amirite?

If you're going to be a jackass, could you do it somewhere else, please?

  11. Did you do the other ending? If so, what happens?
  12. Ken from Street Fighter, Johnny Cage from Mortal Kombat, and Yoshimitsu from Tekken, only because Christie isn't an option. Also, Zangief > King. For that matter, KOF King > Tekken King.
  13. Okay so I just finished the story of Far Cry 3. There's two possible endings it seems. I'm not going into details without spoilering it, so before I post my reaction, I chose the option on the right.
  14. Scumbag NRA: Call video games "Murder Training Tools" and blames them for shooting shootings, HAS THEIR OWN VIRTUAL SHOOTING APP ON IPHONE.

Coffin-shaped targets, apparently. And it was released /after/ Sandy Hook.

Yes but the NRA doesn't view Sandy Hook in the same light as everyone else. The whole thing is ridiculous, but it's completely understandable when you realize that this is the NRA we're talking about.

And somehow this was the 2nd most controversial video game related thing today!

  15. Funny, I have a similar habit with Daniel Bryan and the YES! taunt.
  16. Take Dr. McLuchador. He'll take care of it with his punches.

  17. Sons is one of my must-watch-every-week shows and one of the very few shows I buy the Blu-Rays of. I get that not everyone can enjoy it because just about everyone in the show has blood on their hands, but really, that's kind of the point of the series for me. I also enjoy it because it's got parallels to Hamlet. I thought Season Five was fantastic myself. Lots of "Oh shit" moment and moments of Glorious Bastardity. Also while they do quite a lot of "people reacting to the aftermath of shit that just went down set to classic rock or an original cast recording" montages in the show, it's never annoying when they do it and more often than not also includes a revelation in of itself.
  18. Big Bang is horrible. It's just a neverending string of random references and middle school math/science with pauses for a laugh track. It's the only sitcom that's even worse than Two And A Half Men. EDIT- Oh, and of course, there's the "lol he's Jewish" and "lol he's Hindu" "jokes". Ugh.
  19. I've managed to do it a few times with snipe-fu. I've been having crap luck with it lately though which is why I've developed the C4 distraction move.
  20. Really though at this point my only major worries are sharks and helicopters. I try to take out outposts in a more subtle manner (by which I mean using C4 to draw people out whilst I sneak in from behind to disable the alarm, then get to snipin and hope a random patrol doesn't fuck everything up). Doesn't always pan out though. And really, sharks wouldn't be a problem if repellant worked on them. Is there an underwater repellant later on? Because... yeah, that'd be helpful for those underwater treasure grabbing moments.
  21. So Far Cry 3 is the scariest game ever. Example 1: After a huge shootout, attacked by a cheetah with no med syringes left. So I figure, okay, I'll jump in the river and bandage up... before I could perform said bandaging... ALLIGATOR ATTACKS ME HOLY FUCK WHY WHY WHY Example 2: Raiding an outpost, getting in a shootout with two Heavies. Then, all of a sudden... A MOTHERFUCKING HELICOPTER SWOOPS DOWN WTF HOLY SHIT I AM NOT PREPARED FOR THIS WHY WOULD THEY EVEN DO THIS WTF WTF WTF DOES MY ASSAULT RIFLE EVEN DO ANYTHING TO IT So yeah, I'm totally packing an RPG next time I try to raid that outpost.
  22. He always does that celebration because he has his kids name tattooed on his wrist. Ah. Don't get Liverpool matches here often so I didn't really know that.
