That time of year again, and the first year I've had a Spotify Family plan so my wrapped isn't just Encanto. Apparently my 4th most listened to genre is "Crank Wave". 🤷‍♂️

Forgot to say, 8 of us applied for 3 games each, none of us got a ticket. Now hundreds on resale sites which are inexplicably legal. Yay.

I've stayed mostly out of film rumours etc but irritatingly I do occasionally use Facebook and between all the ads and weird gym videos I did come across someone who said that rather than a "female Silver Surfer" it's actually more likely to be the Frankie Raye Nova as Galactus' herald. Not sure how true that or even the initial rumour will end up, but probably a daft storm (pun unintended) in a teacup anyway.

Sorry I was very non-specific, it was the newer Titan Comics ones I was looking at and I think I'd stick with that since it's NuWho he's grown up on. It does feel quite confusing that Panini etc are still doing them, are they mainly reprints then?

Complete aside, is anyone familiar with the comics? I bought my soon to be 8 year old a crossover 13th/10th Doctor TPB for Xmas which I've now read and deemed perfectly fine despite their 12+ recommendation so I'm probably going to get a few more, but just in case anyone had any thoughts. Probably just going to go for a few of the other crossovers and a some Tennant ones.

I really enjoyed it, the fact they've got the 3 specials means they don't have to rush to solve why Tennant is back and can just do some daft monster of the week stuff. The only bit I didn't quite get/enjoy was

Chelsea are a weird side. Much as the goal we conceded was from a daft Lascelles error I spent the first half wondering how they're struggling so much, some of the passing and playing on the break was excellent. Then the last 40 minutes came and you understand why. Completely ignore the fact that they'd managed to get two players booked for kicking the ball away (how thick do you need to be to be the second one?), but after giving away a stupid goal from overplaying it at the back at 3-1 down they just kept trying to start every move from their own goal line. Genuinely baffling tactics, and a complete lack of leadership. It feels like they've got Thiago Silva plus a gang of 20 year olds and no one wants to take any responsibility, not least the captain who managed to get himself sent off. We had 3 keepers and 4 teenagers on the bench, with an hour gone and the game still winnable Chelsea should have been punishing our tired legs, not collapsing. Absolute chalk and cheese to how we've built our side where everyone fits the system and has the character to do what's needed, makes you realise that just spending doesn't make a football team. Might have just been a bad day at the office, but if that's what they're usually like they're knackered.

Don't know if anyone watched (I didn't until Mark Gatiss flagged it), but they changed the end of An Adventure in Space and Time on BBC4 last night to replace Matt Smith with Ncuti Gatwa which was a nice little touch. Nothing more to say other than he's a disturbingly handsome man and I'm immensely looking forward to him starting.
