  1. If ya can get Calum Davenport on loan from Tottenham, then he's well worth it. Same with Stephen Warnock from Liverpool and Glenn Johnson from Chelsea. For a decent striker, I've always found Robbie Blake (Leeds), Sergio Peter (Blackburn) and Izale McLeod (MK Dons) are usually decent. And for a bargain, I recently signed Lionel Messi from Barcelona for 4 million and he is quality
  2. This is why you should never be Bradford Seriously though, I've never laughed so much in me life :lmao:
  3. Following on from the legendary TV show... http://www.nbc.com/Deal_or_No_Deal/game/ Most I've won is 400,000, when I also had the million in play

  6. Have to disagree with a couple of things here
  7. I watched the one a few weeks ago when the bloke fell over and got a nose bleed, that was classic but no shows have lived up to that one
  8. I think a world class player is one that could walk straight into any team anywhere in the world. People like Henry and Rooney could do just that.
  9. I just support the team thats ran in my family since me Grandad supported them (Leeds). Despite having to make a 280 mile round trip when I go to a home game (usually one a month). I always go to away games against local teams such as Wolves and Birmingham if we play them. I hate people who have no idea about their team, no matter where they are from. I know a lot of Man United 'fans' who don't usually know there next game or their previous result
  10. For Leeds, it would have to be David Batty, Lucas Radebe and Robbie Keane Love to also have Matteo, Woodgate, Dacourt, Milner, Robinson and Yeboah. Three players is hard considering who we've had to let go
  11. Just out of curiousity, what order would you have put them in. I'd have gone Michael Barrymore Dennis Rodman Pete Burns George Galloway (I never realised he was such a big politican) Maggot Preston Jodie Traci Rula Chantelle Faria A couple are interchangable, but that would be more-or-less it
  12. Barrymore, which is about right
  13. I actually genuinely laughed at Maggot just walking to the number 11 podium last night and just standing there while the others argued about the number 1. Then Faria Alam trying to put herself about number 5, although how she managed to get number 8 is bewildering And that task when they had to act out what they are famous for, what did Jodie Marsh and Faria Alam do? Did Faria just get an inflatable Sven brought in or something? Prestons and Petes performance seemed quite good though, and Barrymore made me laugh
  14. If thats true, then theres only 3 I haven't heard off (Galloway, Bingham and Lenska) and that would be a good lineup. Maggot would win out of that lot, as he'd be similar to Bez last year but Preston has always been funny when I've seen him on Soccer AM. He'd be an underdog
  15. If its a Sky game, then its usually them who chooses. Otherwise teams either let the sponsors choose or fans text in (as mentioned at Spurs). Thats why an away team player very rarely wins MOTM when not on Sky
  16. Has anyone heard of this website. They've basically made a CD of songs all anti-Man United and put some up on to their website. There's a good parody of One, and I like Seasons since you Won that they did. Only downside is I can't find out how much the CD costs to buy http://www.sonofsven.com/
  17. Am I the only one hoping that Barrymore will walk in and just go 'alright, alright, alright'. That's all I seem to remember about him, plus I remember an impressionist doing that about him a few years ago. I can actually see him breaking down in there, sort of like Les Dennis nearly did The odds to win (keep in mind that no-one has been named, so these are just all guesses, all with William Hill) Johnny Vegas - 3/1 Lisa Tarbuck - 4/1 Jimmy Tarbuck Boy George - 6/1 Michael Barrymore - 7/1 Esther Rantzen - 8/1 Shane McGowen - 8/1 Derek Acorah - 8/1 Faria Alam - 9/1 Dennis Rodman - 9/1 Pete Burns - 9/1 Joan Rivers - 10/1 Anna Nicole Smith - 10/1 Gillian McKeith - 10/1 Brian Harvey - 12/1 Jocelyn Jee Esien - 12/1 Can't say I'm too familar with the majority further down the list, but I'd agree with Vegas being favorite if he enters. You can also get odds on Culken at Ladbrokes I believe.

    Oasis.

I think All Around the World and Whatever are two of their most underrated songs, the full version of All Around the World is brilliant. Half the World Away is also a quality tune (the theme from the Royle Family) as is Stand By Me

    Darts...

Does anyone else watch the sport? I absolutely love it yet a lot of people don't seem to get into it much, calling it boring. These World Championships lately have been brilliant with some of the big name players going out (Lloyd, Baxter, Jenkins), plus someone who plays for my Dads pub team made the 1st round this year but went out in the first round. The good thing about this year is that I can see it being more than just Taylor walking it. I think Part and Lewis both have great chances to win the tournament

  22. That draw did me head in at times. Did they really need to draw out Serbia, and then after putting them with the Argies they draw out Brazil and Mexico as well. My picks are: Germany/Poland England/Sweden Holland/Argentina Portugal/Mexico Italy/USA Brazil/Australia France/South Korea Spain/Ukraine That would give us Poland in the second round, before we face the winners of Hollands group or the runner up of Mexicos group in the quarters. That means that there is a huge chance we will face Argies or Portugal, and inevitably lose on penalties On the positive note, I'm looking forward to seeing some of the smaller Nations with a chance (like Ivory Coast and Ghana) against some of the bigger countries (like Argies and Italy) Apparantly in the practice draw we got South Korea, Ghana and Croatia which would also have been a good group. We should go through against Sweden, Paraguay and T&T though
  23. Have I misread the kick off time for the Leicester/Spurs game. I swear it said 6pm on a Sunday. Can someone confirm this, because if its right then its shocking. I swear they just create new kick off times each week
