Agreed on Gammarita. She can be a pain the butt as an add, mainly.

Ill, I'm guessing you already had your epic ground mount, so you had some more gold to throw towards powerlevelling the Enchanting skill. Which is fine, but I just don't suggest anyone getting it until they have their first flying mount purchased, or -- at the earliest -- when they have their epic ground mount.

I kind of miss this game, but we only have one computer which I get very little time on. Plus kids and all. Reading this tempts me to give it another try, but I would either have to buy another computer which we can't afford or sneak myself some extra computer time which isn't worth the effort.

As Ill said, you can drop them (and don't forget, you can have all the secondary professions -- First Aid, Cooking, and Fishing -- all at the same time and alongside your main professions) at any time. All you do is pull up your skills sheet and click the profession you want to 'unlearn', then click the null/stop sign that pops up underneath. Just keep in mind that you'll have to start over if you decide to go back to a profession.

And I'm with you, S, only substituting the kids with work and a girlfriend who owns the weekends. C'est.

Yes, skinning is awesome.

I prefer the turtles near Revantusk Village in The Hinterlands. Easy kills, and not only do you get a ton of thick and rugged leather, but also turtle scales, which sell for a lot.

Word, just watch out for Gammarita. She can be a pain. Personally, I prefer the turtles just outside of Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris. Great way to get the moolah for your lvl40 mount if you need to. Hinterlands are good as a way to stockpile money for your epic ground mount.

Well, I'm a level 54 mage, so Gammarita isn't much of a pain for me. I've killed her so many times it's not funny.

In other news, working on a twink warrior for the WSG. Tauren Warrior, level 13 so far, he has 550 health. I power leveled his engineering so I could get the green goggles (+8 Stamina and +7 Spriit); I just need to get some good level 19 equipment. I'm already standing by to get the firey enchant.

Great I put it back on my system after seeing the full Lich King trailer, and after all the dawn updates, I can't login into the game. Even after the same password was used to verify the login to get the updates themselves.

Logging in to download patches doesn't require a successful login, just a login attempt.

Well I signed up for another month (as my previous one was cancelled but still active til the 9th) , and reset my password. So hopefully.

YAY!!! just have to install/re-dl BC, which didn' work the first time, something about a song couldn't be written in. I'll try the download from the site.

When you've played on a PVP server your entire tenure threats of camping aren't very effective. Normal servers are absolutely droll. As long as you stay out of any zones that are waaaayyyy above your level it's usually just fine on a PVP server.
