Transfer Talk

That's alright, Mills will be worth bringing in, if we're getting rid of Delaney and De La Cruz.

Why would you want to get rid of De La Cruz apart from the obvious huge transfer fee you'd get for him? He was your best player last season.

Look at his record last season. He made 4 starts and of those 4 you won 0, drew 1 and lost 3. Obviously having him in the squad but not picked on match days is a great way to boost morale in the team.

I love how Newcastle think they'll sign Vieira. What are they going to sign him with? Even if Juve got relegated they probably couldn't get him, do they think they can outbid the good Premiership teams? Of course, he isn't much to them now - but if they signed him he would become God's idea of a defensive midfielder wouldn't he?

Yes, yes we do.

Johnny - the only way Juve won't get relegated, given the massively hostile feeling towards them from basically every fan in Italy, including most of their own supporters, is if the new board fixes it so it won't happen. Which would be ironic, but unlikely.

So yeah, get ready to lose all of your talent.

He'll probably get a couple of games, although I wouldn't be surprised if his career went the way of SWP and Scott Parker.

But anyway, even if they win everything possible next season they'll always be remembered as the club that bought it all.

Bellamy is the only player with a £6m buy out clause we have been linked with to my knowledge.

This would be the £6 million release clause that doesn't exist and was created by the press I assume?

Nice to see we're back on everyone's shitlist again after a quiet few weeks :P

You'll be on everyone's shitlist til the Russian pimp leaves. (Y)

In other news, according to the Echo Daniel Alves wants to join us:

Liverpool are well ahead of their rivals in their pursuit for Daniel Alves, but may have to be patient in negotiating a realistic fee with Seville.

It's understood the Brazilian midfielder has privately made the decision to join Liverpool this summer.
