If everything goes to plan - then Alice Cooper/Motorhead/Joan Jett in November.

Failing that there's MSI next month (again if my ticket dealing friend doesn't fuck up like he did for Foo Fighters), and Wednesday 13 is pretty much guaranteed in November.

Friday 10/5 - VHS or Beta

Saturday 10/6 - Hawthorne Heights (leave me alone, they're playing a free show)

Wednesday 10/10 - Henry Rollins (Spoken Word)

Thursday 10/11 - Smashing Pumpkins (which I'm ridiculously excited about)

Well, at the moment it would appear to be the Portishead-curated All Tomorrow's Parties Festival in December, but chances are there'll be some no-name indie band I'll end up seeing before that.

ATP's the next gig I actually care about, though; Portishead, Aphex Twin, SunnO))), Boris, Earth, Julian Cope, Om, Thurston Moore, GZA, Dick Dale, Seasick Steve, A Hawk And A Hacksaw, Chrome Hoof, Silver Apples, Polar Bear....the fact that the line-up continues at much the same level...and isn't complete yet....BEST. FESTIVAL. EVER.

Rage Against the Machine have been named as the headline act for next year's Big Day Out. If I'm still in the country in late January, I'll definitely jump on board. Paul Kelly, Sarah Blasko, Grinspoon, Hilltop Hoods, Bjork, and Arcade Fire are on as well - and there's still two waves to be announced.
