Tough, tough loss.

Though the poise that Alex Smith showed, despite the various tipped passes that led to picks and the return issues, is definitely a good thing to see. If he uses this game to progress as a QB, we'll be fine. Our defense really showed up though, even with the unfortunate turnovers.

It sucks that it was a loss but the 49ers really found out what kind of team they are, as long as they can hold onto the ball.

The Philadelphia Eagles have named Michael Vick their starting quarterback. Andy Reid will be available to the media at 6:30.

Now I dunno if that is for the remainder of the season or not, but at least for Jacksonville this weekend, the Birds are sticking with Vick, and, as an Eagles fan, I am pumped.
