Also, Layer Cake is probably enjoying its highest position just outside the top 10.

4. Shaun of the Dead

5. Jaws

6. Rear Window

7. One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest

8. Eraserhead

3. The Prestige

4. The Dark Knight

5. Empire Strikes Back

6. American History X

7. Iron Man

8. Batman Begins

It all changes on the mood I'm in, I'm not so much for the IN DEPTH and ARTISTIC films lately, much prefer something more fun.

This is in no particular order. Favorite movies to me are not supposed to be artistic or historic, but just...movies you can sit down and enjoy.

1. Don't Tell Mom The Babysiter's Dead

2. Used Cars

3. Twister

4. Dune :shifty:

5. Dawn of the Dead (1978)

6. Free Enterprise (A must see for any fan of science fiction)

7. Star Trek II

8. Return of the Jedi

9. Suburban Commando :shifty:

10. Battle Royale

Honorable Mentions:

The Wizard, From Dusk Till Dawn, The Quick and the Dead, Escape From New York, Terminator, Terminator 2, a hell of a lot more.

This isn't in any real particular order since it changes a fair amount.

1. Heat

2. Before the Devil Knows You're Dead

3. Goodfellas

4. Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgandy

5. Snatch

6. The Dark Knight

7. V for Vendetta

8. Pulp Fiction

9. Knocked Up

10. In Bruges

Others that could've made the list: Iron Man, Memento, Batman Begins, 25th Hour, Training Day, Man on Fire, Charlie Wilson's War, The Departed...I'll just stop there.

2. KillBill Vol. 1

3. The Prestige

4. Reservoir Dogs

5. Sin City

6. V For Vendetta

7. Batman Begins

8. Inglorious Basterds

9. Walk The Line

10. Zombieland

Gah, there's so many. I've narrowed it down to these ten, but outside the top three or four, my list is always changing.

At this very second it is something along the lines of

1. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

2. Spirited Away

3. American Splendor

4. Monty Python & the Holy Grail

5. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

6. Pulp Fiction

7. Goodfellas

8. 12 Angry Men

9. Shaun of the Dead

10. Heathers

Only one through three are staticish as the top three, four through six are interchangeable and seven through ten is just what I'm feeling like having there right now.

1. The Mask

2. The Dark Knight

3. The Truman Show

4. Iron Man

5. Memento

6. Stranger Than Fiction

7. Zoolander

8. V for Vendetta

9. American History X

10. Clerks

The Mask is up there because it was my favourite movie as a kid and it just brings back so many great memories. I dont realy enjoy the movies that everyone says were "the greatest movies ever made" and I actually find most of them quite boring. I'm more of a "watch for a laugh" type of movie-goer and I think this list kind of reflects that.

Honourable mention to Fight Club, Inglorious Basterds and Anchorman.

5. Terminator 2: Judgement Day

6. Alien

7. The Big Lebowski

9. Oldboy

10. Starship Troopers

I don't really have any sort of order to my list, in fact these may all change if you ask me later but right now, the top ten would be

Shawshank Redemption

Road to Perdition

Running Scared

Gladiator

Starship Troopers

Inglorious Basterds

The Dark Knight

Black Hawk Down

Saving Private Ryan

Hildago

Some may be a bit out there, but all the movies here are ones that I've sat down and enjoyed multiple times and you can't ask for any more than that in my view.

In no particular order:

The Beach

Halloween (Original)

Shutter Island

True Romance

Ten Things I Hate About You

American Pie (1 or 2)

Hustle And Flow

Twilight

Silence Of The Lambs

The Bone Collector

Day Of The Dead (Original)

Like most people, my list changes most of the time, bar three or four of the films on the list. The Beach is by far my number one, but outside of that there's no real particular order. And yes, that's eleven, because I couldn't leave off the greatest zombie movie ever

I seem to watch it every few months even now. That and Predator. I keep meaning to pull an Alien all nighter, but I've not yet had the funds and the time to order the amount of Pizza I'd need to feed myself through it.
