Nani and Vidic coulda seen red. More annoyed by the Nani decision, as he's a petulant little shit. As for Vidic, I hate seeing players booked for celebrating, so only bothered about the lack of consistency.

Good result and gutsy performance from a young inexperienced team.

75 minutes of good footy from Spurs and then just switched off at the end. Disappointing we didn't keep the clean sheet which seemed extremely likely at 4-0.

Still 80% good work and still with Lennon, Huddlestone, Defoe and Dawson out.

Nice to get a win. Two goals and an assist for Bale. Two assists from Van der Vaart. Both strikers score. Whoop.

They always get booked for the BEST celebrations too. Shirts being ripped off, or being waved on the corner post or players running into the celebrating crowd are great moments.

Nice to see the Nani hate-club increasing.

You'd think after 19 years of being alive and being a Liverpool fan you'd be able to understand how we can go from a great performance against Chelsea one week to being like this against Stoke.... ffs Liverpool

Will Gold and Sullivan now please realize that Avram Grant was not the right hire, and dismiss him? Grant cannot motivate the players at all, and the Hammers need inspiration if they're going to ever get out of the bottom three.

So how much time do we give Roy before admitting hiring him was a huge, huge mistake, and that he's been promoted well above his station because his mates in the media had the ear of our previous Managing Director?

I have no doubt that this result will somehow be pinned on the previous manager though. God forbid people admit they were wrong about Roy.

It'll be blamed on the "sub-par squad", no doubt.

You don't particularly have a good squad at the moment, though. I get more and more surprised by Liverpool fans who seem to consider their team somehow over and above a lot of other teams who are of a similar ability as them. Stoke at home was a game that always looked like Liverpool would struggle with, and that was duly the case. Most teams would struggle there, the difference being that the better teams have that ability to dig deep and grind out victories, something that Liverpool really don't have at the moment.
