Well that's two of my 15 not making it (Animal Collective and Primus), and a few more that I'm sure I'm the only one who voted for.

Miles Davis, Art Brut, and Lupe Fiasco all not placing is shameful. I mean, I understand Miles Davis because like four people on EWB listen to jazz, but the other two? Dammit, man :/

None of the "not making the list" lot are a huge loss to me, though there is at least one of my votes (the Pogues) on there, which is a shame. And it's a bit shitty to see Sabbath not make the list when, inevitably, plenty of infinitely inferior metal bands will. Though I think the saddest news is that people actually voted for Steel Panther and Cheap Trick.

Fuck all you Steel Panther haters. Fuck you all in the ear. Or a nostril. Or somewhere -though I can see them being a marmite act. Some great acts (Guns, Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash) already out, but it's to be expected with so many generic indy bands being favoured by EWB.
