Bollocks, I forgot Mike Patton. I dunno if I can be bothered to stick him in my list as it involves too much pissing about.

And there doesn't have to be a correlation between people's favourite bands/artists and people's favourite singers at all. Mainly because you vote for singers off of a body of work that may contain several bands and solo work, so whilst you may like their stuff on the whole, you may not be as hot about any one particular band they have worked for. Or at least not as much as some other bands you may like.

I was going to throw M. Ward on my list as I love his work. But decided I loved it with the music and the old world feel rather than just because of his voice. His voice is great and is part of what creates the feel, but I think it's more a tool than something front and centre like with most of the people I listed. Same with when he's with Zooey, it's amazing music from another era, but the voice is a part of it rather than creating it.
