Admin Lineker Posted August 19, 2011 Admin Report Share Posted August 19, 2011 408-2, Pietersen and Bell have their 150's. We'll probably declare around the 500 mark I'd have thought.
Starvinho
Pietersen gone for 175, excellent innings again.
Starvinho
England finish the day on 457-3 with Bell 181 not out. I think a declaration should be coming early on tomorrow then hopefully try force India into a follow on.
Thrilla
Loving listening to Agnew and Tufnell this morning, easily my favourite pairing in the commentary box. I think may try and bat up towards tea, looking for over 650 and then trying to get both the Indian innings out the way for the win.

Admin Lineker Posted August 21, 2011 Admin Report Share Posted August 21, 2011 India 207-6. Out of interest, anyone know what the numbers on the England shirts mean under the Three Lions crest?
Matt
India 207-6. Out of interest, anyone know what the numbers on the England shirts mean under the Three Lions crest? It corresponds to how many players have been capped. So for example I think Strauss' number is 634, so he was the 634rd person to play test cricket for England. I think, anyway.
