Arrested Development Returning

Twitter is informing me that Mitch Hurwitz has announced the show will return a 10-13 episode fourth season to lead up to the movie.

I think this deserves it's own thread because, well, Arrested Development.

Whoa whoa whoa what. Where? Who's saying this on Twitter? We've pretty much spent the last few years in "will they/won't they" Arrested Development hell so I want confirmation.

EDIT II: Oh my god it is everywhere on Twitter. I will be cautiously optimistic about this, especially if the plan is to do one character per episode because that means it's not running into scheduling conflicts so much.
