There are five seasons, with season 5 being divided into two halves with the second half starting next Sunday. The first eight episodes of season 5 are supposed to be added to Netflix Instant within this week.

That is awesome news, I'm about halfway through season 4 on Netflix right now and that is great to hear I can knock out the first half of season five shortly after I finish season four.
