AMC's "Breaking Bad"

I honestly think its just AMC trying to cram as many Emmy wins as possible before the show ends because that's really the only reason I can see why they would wait a year between the half-seasons. And if that's the case, I don't think they should be making decisions based on stuff like that.

Who are you to doubt them!?

Well, this whole spoiler business irks me because I've seen people post spoilers with no reprimand in other threads not specifically marked, yet we do in a thread about the actual show? Ehh, only bothered me because I caught up with the thread in the past 15 mins and it's a lot of clicking. Anyway, common courtesy and all that...

Just watched all eight today, phenomenal. I still kinda like Walt (and not just because BC is an awesome actor) but it's really taken a battering this season (and the end of S4). But obviously Hank's the hero now, and I cannot wait for him vs Walt. The former boss taking the wrap for not catching Gus Fring was perfect set up for Hank/Walt and, well, I kinda saw it, but I didn't really put the pieces together right away. Jessie has devolved again, did he move a bong or a pipe when Walt entered his house in episode eight? Either way, he's clearly at trouble with everything going on and I don't really know

where they go from there. A year is a long time, but I can wait, maybe.

Oh my, Gomie's face when they caught the lawyer was priceless. Awesome moment.

Happy with this, means I can probably watch Dexter and then Breaking Bad will come back.

Breaking Bad is already pretty good man. I don't see why you'd need to watch something shitty to make it look even better. :/

AMC is also going to air "Talking Bad." after the episodes. I can't wait for the "Mad Men" post-game show called "Talking Men!"

Not immediately after though because they're pairing Low Winter Sun with it (which I think is smart). So it'll be Breaking Bad, Low Winter Sun and then Talking Bad.

Jim Rash is hosting a new show on the Sundance Channel that talks about the writing process for TV shows and the first one is with the people from Breaking Bad. It premieres on the actual channel on the 29th but you can watch it online here.

I'd heard a lot of it before with Gilligan guesting on the Nerdist Writer's Panel podcast but still, pretty neat stuff.
