The new awakebutstillinbed album is really good! Maybe not reaching the heights of their debut on the first couple listens, but still a lotta sad emo goodness there.

I made this video for our song Toxic Avengers, it's a pretty good rollicking punk song. Video is kinda graphic....like zombie movie graphic. If you've ever seen the movie Zombie/Zombii II you'll know what I mean.

4 minutes is about 2 minutes longer then a punk song should be

In all seriousness though, really like the song.  Bit of The Ramones meets Misfits.

What I came here to post was this and, when they get to Rancid, everyone says basically "I can't understand him" which, when it comes to Tim Armstrong, is fair

Heard band because a guy I watch on YT put the album in his "Top 10 Punk Albums of 2023".  Listened to a few songs on Spotify and its great.  Reminds me of Minor Threat and early Black Flag style of hardcore.  Awesome!

Then I get to the last track on the album while driving to work, and I get this

...I was not expecting that!  I kept thinking it was a joke or something.  But no...at the end of this really fun hardcore punk album is this meditation track

They cool, catchy stuff. I like the first video a lot. Nice idea. 

Also we have a mix finalizing and hopefully will have it pressed to vinyl by the fall. And available streaming of course.

Today I saw the Circle Jerks for the first time. I don't know how I managed to reach my 40s circle jerks free. Anyway, it was nice. Good show. Good energy for a bunch of 60+ year old dudes. Definitely a good time. 😎
