If you consider the indy hits sony dident pick up... there seem to be tons of shit on xbox arcade, but they also got stuff like Super Meat Boy, Fez, Braid or Limbo.

Its not that sony dident bring good stuff, they just have a different attitude to who gets in. But in the end that is the oposite of open.

His studio did heavy rain, that game had very good looking faces. (they saved on other parts of the game/persons body to make it work with the PS3 hardware) Its absolutly possible, its more a question if your game needs it and if you want to put the time into it.
