They need to set the YPOTY to Under-21s, IMO. Bale winning both just makes the YPOTY seem like a waste of time.

Also, by 23 you can already have a hell of a lot of PL experience. This is Bale's 6th season in the league. Yes, I know he's still "young" but I'd rather see the award go to someone with less PL experience and is Under-21.

The age limit for YPOTY is fine, but they need to make some kind of "maximum of 3 years in the Premiership" rule or something.
