well stop with the childish insults and maybe I won't get so "childishly" defensive. I simply defend myself, I don't go about making fun of how people look or how they act when I've never met them. I speak my mind openly and a lot people here seem have a problem with that. Last I checked, this was a message board based around a wrestling game, not some elite club that I'm not deemed "good enough" to be a part of.

Missed the first Hawks preseason game, tonight should be fun and I'm interested in seeing some of the prospects and new signees on the ice for the first time.

I know, it's Madden like thinking. I really hope that this is the final season of Lovie and Angelo, though the likelihood of us hiring a GM and head coach who would do anything is significantly non-existent because of the McCaskeys. I'd be surprised if Cutler is still on the team 2 years from now, as he has to be sore as shit from all the hits he's taken since being here.

Part of me wishes we'd trade Cutler for some picks (to use on OL) and tank the season if it means getting Luck. Cutler is going to be murdered this weekend, and I don't see our OL improving much with Gabe Camiri being out for possibly weeks. Optimistic X lasted up until the 2nd week, back to the same old Chicago Bears.

Just got the game. Team EWB will be better now. EDIT: Lukas Krajicek is the best player in my intial hut pack. EDIT 2: Opened my tournament champ pack and got Patrick Roy. I'll sell him to you Dragsy.

I hadn't played a football game since PES 2007, but I really liked the revamped defense controls and since I love HUT in NHL 11 I assume I'll like the FIFA version as well. Definitely interested in picking this up.

Nope, comes out Tuesday at 12am. I probably won't get a copy until Thursday or Friday though, unless I can get some early birthday money. Dragsy, have you tried out HUT yet? If so, anything new that has caught your eye?

I was nervous going into this game, but our O has looked more competent than expected and our D hasn't given up very many big plays to the Falcons. So far it's been nice to watch a Bears football game and not be angry, hopefully this is something that continues throughout the season. EDIT: I really like what Nick Reed has been doing, looks to be a solid depth addition for us and hopefully stays on in either a rotation player or special teamer.

I would order it DA: O, AC, and then MW2. Dragon Age is a good game, will keep you busy for a long time. AC, is decent...but the sequels are much better. MW2? Single player store was enjoyable, but it's not long....and I don't know how many people are still playing online. You're better off waiting for MW3 in November. AC-DA:O-MW2 is more like it. I'd also at least rent Splinter Cell Conviction if you like action stealth games.

Just beat Ghostbusters: The Video Game and I decided to play Heavy Rain again as I had a depressing ending my first go (which would've been right around release date). My main problem with Ghostbusters was the friendly AI being dipshit retarded. At one point I was knocked down beside a tree and one of the guys got stuck on the tree. This lead to a good half a minute of me watching him squirm around until one of the ghosts finally incapped him. I want to go through multiplayer soon, anyone still have this on PS3?

I bought this game a month or two ago and still haven't played very much of it. I'd be down for a multiplayer playthrough with anyone not named Ellis.

It's alright. The story is a bit dull and it is cell-shaded so some people would be turned off by the graphics. But the controls are simple, fun, and it has one of the nicest menus I've ever seen in a video game.

Since my gout is acting up I have been playing games. Beat Metal Gear Solid 4 yesterday and have been playing Prince of Persia (PS3). I'm really thinking about getting my video game blog going as I need to find something to do with my spare time that doesn't involve drinking.

I'm pretty excited about this season. An easy non-conference schedule should mean 4 wins and I think it is more than likely we can go at least 3-5 in the B10, thus leading to a 7-5 overall record. I'm really hoping Scheelhaase will continue his improvement and that our D can hold up after losing Liuget, LaShoure, and M. Wilson.

Finally decided to start up Metal Gear Solid 4. I originally got the game in the 80GB PS3 bundle, but never played it because other games kept coming out. Now that I am broke it gives me a perfect opportunity to play it.
