  1. I was absolutely in shock when I saw this. He is my favourite actor. He's brilliant in every thing he does. The acting world just lost a great one. I am so sad.
  2. I was literally just thinking that I'd want to watch some PSH movies. Pirate Radio (aka The Boat That Rocked) would be a choice I'd put in there as well.
  3. I just had a pretty bad ass match. The Rock and Daniel Bryan had been having this pretty good rivalry over the WWE Championship, so they ended up squaring off in the main event of SummerSlam. I was Bryan and had control of the early going of the match. I was using a quick pace to stay away from Rock. There were a couple cool spots. Rock reverses my move and tosses me over the rope onto the apron. He tries to hit me with a move, but I end up suplexing him out in front of the announce table. I hop in the ring, run the ropes and come back to hit him with a suicide dive just as he's getting up. I later get him in the Yes Lock and just as he's about to tap out, he gets to the ropes. Rock gains some momentum and hits me with a Spinebuster and later, the Rock Bottom. I have to use my resiliency to get out of the pin. It's close. Pretty much next finisher wins. I gain some ground on Rock and am back in control. I eventually get my finisher and use my Wake-Up Taunt to try and nail him with the Running Knee to end it. Bryan charges, but Rock reverses it a Samoan Drop. It actually looked so awesome in the game. Rock and I battle back and forth and eventually each of us has a finisher again. I go for the Yes Lock, but he reverses it and nails me with the Rock Bottom. I missed the bar by about a milimeter. Rocky's the champ. Probably the most fun I've had with the game in a while and I'm totally okay that I didn't win. Rock and Bryan's feud has 4 more weeks, so the finale will be at Night of Champions, where I think I'll cash in Orton's MITB to set up a feud between either Rock/Bryan.
  4. Jesus. They certainly made me think even for a moment that Monica could actually pull out a win. Really great season all around. One of the best ones in a while.
  5. I've really been enjoying this season. I'm so happy Tyson is back. I think he's my favourite player, not because he's the best player, but because he's so entertaining. I wonder how much different his game had've been if his girlfriend had made it to the merge. I've quite liked Cierra. She's probably been my favourite new player, right up there with Hayden at least. This season has been fantastic and I did not really expect the last tribal to get so crazy.
  6. 1. Breaking Bad 2. Mad Men 3. Parks and Recreation 4. QI 5. Brooklyn Nine-Nine 6. Axe Cop 7. Modern Family 8. Please Like Me 9. Survivor 10. The Daily Show 11. Community 12. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia 13. The League 14. New Girl 15. Suits
  7. So the Jays sign Navarro for 2 years, $8M. He should, by all accounts, be better than JP (which isn't hard to do). I like the pick-up, although to say I was hoping for someone a little more higher profile would be an understatement. It'll be interesting to see what happens to Arencibia by the end of today. Hopefully we can find a trade partner, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Rumours say that AA is going to non-tender JP if he can't find someone who'll take him by the end of today, which makes me think he'll get traded even less. If JPA was going to be cheaper (he's looking at +$2M through arbitration), I'd take him as a back-up. Of course, that means that we wouldn't really have someone who could catch Dickey. Once the Jays figure out their catching situation, hopefully AA can move on to acquiring a starter.
  8. I don't find the whole team colours thing that absurd. It's not like they haven't given them an opportunity to change what they're doing or getting seats that would be just as good. The team would rather not have the fans that are going to be on the screen for almost all of the ball game to be cheering for the other team. It makes sense.
  9. So glad to have baseball back. Was fun to see the Yanks get schooled today, even if it was by the Red Sox. Bought tickets for Saturday in Toronto. Wish I could go on Friday and boo the ever-loving crap out of John Farrell, but alas, I work. And AJ Burnett's reaction to the bag exploding (or lack there of) is the greatest thing. SEASON PREDICTIONS:
  10. Yeah, Cochran's confessional just as the tribe was heading to Tribal was absolutely brilliant. I want him to just be the narrator for future seasons.
  11. The best part about Creed was that he usually just has one line in an entire episode and it's absolute gold. "If I can't scuba, then what's this all been about?" "Which one's Pam?" "Two chairs down, one to go."
  12. I've reset my Universe, and Heath Slater faces Brock Lesnar in the main event of a PPV at some point every single time. This time, it's the Survivor Series main event.
  13. Not sure how long ago they've filmed the end of the season, but it's entirely reasonable to think that the end of the season sees Dwight getting ready to finally leave the office by taking over the farm.
  14. Apparently you have to use Attitude Era wrestlers.
  15. Yeah, in the main screen you can see what level you're at.
  16. I'm gonna wait a little while and see if I can get this for a little cheaper, but I really want this game. All the gameplay I've seen of the game seems amazing.
  17. I wouldn't say so. I'm a huge baseball fan, so I love this year's game for all the little stuff (like player pics not being real pics unless the guy plays for the same team he plays for in real life). The animations are a little smoother this year and there are some noticeable improvements to RTTS animation-wise. But the base of the game is the same and you could probably wait for it to come down in price.
  18. I'll preface this by saying I don't know you, bolleje and maybe we're all completely wrong. Still, I very much doubt you'd act any differently to Rick if you were in his shoes. Imagine you're in riding in that car. You're with your son. Your best friend went crazy and tried to kill you and your wife died giving birth to your daughter. On top of that, you've seen countless people die at the hands of walkers and other humans. You're really telling me you're going to risk your life, your son's life, and the lives of everybody you vowed to protect at the prison because you believe that that guy might be a good person. Any good the guy could do is outweighed by all the negative he could bring.
  19. 1. The Dark Knight Rises 2. The Hobbit 3. Django Unchained 4. The Avengers 5. The Hunger Games 6. This is 40 7. Argo 8. The Amazing Spiderman 9. Brave 10. Wreck-It Ralph
  20. So I'm new to the Madden franchise, but I was pretty bummed when I managed to blow a 17 point lead in the second half. Yikes, the playoffs might be a little rough.
  21. Just playing the first Rumble in my WWE Universe, and it's been a blast so far. Sandow is getting the crap kicked out of him to start when Cesaro comes out as #3. The two form some sort of alliance, taking out some big names, including Mark Henry and Big E Langston. Eventually, Cesaro just turns around and chucks out Sandow. Ryback then went on a tear, eliminating six guys in a row before ending up in a showdown with Sheamus, who ended up eliminating him. After some other guys come in (Del Rio, Booker T, Miz, Bryan, and Ryder) we get another showdown between Show and Lesnar, who have cleared the ring. The two giants are duking it out when the buzzer goes... it's Kane! Now we have three giants. The buzzer sounds again and it's... Undertaker! Show and Lesnar put their battle on hold to take on the Brothers of Destruction. Eventually, Kane and Taker are eliminated and we get back to Lesnar/Show. Jericho runs in and saves Show from being eliminated (cue JeriShow reuinion). Just as Jericho eliminates Lesnar, out pops The Rock! Nearing the end, we get a bunch of guys who could conceivably win it (Ziggler, Barrett, Rhodes). Barrett eliminates Show, which gives up a Final Four of Rock, Rhodes, Ziggler, and Barrett. In the end, Barrett eliminates Ziggler, Rhodes eliminates Barrett, and Rock eliminates Rhodes to win the match. Everything just seemed to match up so nicely and it told a cool story. This has me excited for Elimination Chamber so we can see who Rock will face at WrestleMania.
  22. Yeah, there's nothing on there. I'm not sure if I had activated my online pass before now, so maybe try it again?
  23. I really need to catch up on Happy Endings. It's such a fun show. And while I love Max for not being another gay stereotype, I absolutely love Brad.
  24. PSN: Leeder25 Team: Patriots (judging by the first page for available teams, let me know if they're taken).
