This is really hitting me hard. Eriksen looks so much like my friend who passed away last year from cancer. He was so young, robbed of life. I really hope Eriksen pulls through this.

Pat Nevin was almost in tears very early on, he clearly knew what was going on.

The fact everyone is in tears tells me enough.

There is a photo going around Twitter of him appearing conscious as he was being carried out of the stadium. His hand is on his head, which it wasn't when he was on the ground.

Please let it be true.
