So here is the update for August, bit of a basic update this month, the main changes being updating OTT and PWG with their return show rosters, EVE has a bare bones roster since they have their return booked this month. Along with that I've closed down All Star Wrestling, Capital City Championship Combat, Combat Zone Wrestling, Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling, Fight Club Pro, Smash Wrestling and The Crash, this is down to them not running shows since pre pandemic, I'm open to adding them back when they run shows, just doesn't seem logical to keep them active if their not running shows.

Beyond that it's the typical updated for the month, anything missing mention and I'll update for next month.

Why is [Promotion] closed when they are active?
Due to how slow the game runs with more promotions active, I have included active promotions but have them closed, to identify these they have their opening date and closed date the same. To activate the promotion simply remove the closed date.

Add Melina (Babyface) and Christian Cage (Babyface) to Impact on PPA deals.

Add James Storm to NWA on PPA deal, looks like he is returning for the Anniversary show. 

Set Madison Rayne (Ashley Lane) to Active as a Wrestler, Colour Comm and Road Agent and add to Impact Wrestling as a Heel, Queen Bee, Swagger gimmick under a written deal.

Couple of contract additions above post and Some broadcaster changes below:

- Fight Network Remove coverage for British Isles, the FN programming block that took over showcase tv ceased broadcasting in September 2020. 

- Remove the broadcasting deal for Impact with Twitch (US). They are no longer showing Twitch specials just classic content there and instead focusing on Impact Plus for specials and a Youtube subscription service for Impact Wrestling TV and other content.

- Add deals for Impact Wrestling TV with Youtube (USA), Youtube (Canada) and Youtube (Britain) Time Slot On Demand, 2 years, 10% to Company, Min Quality 16.

No Manny Smith, but Hikuleo is in as Taula Fifita, you could have also searched Hikuleo in game to find him.

- ABC (USA) has begun rolling out it’s newest logo, from 2021-08-09. (Sauce)

- Com Hem has been discontinued in favour of Tele2 as of 2021-04-27. (Sauce)

- The deal to spin off DirecTV (USA) into its own separate entity once more was concluded on 2021-08-02. AT&T retains a 70% stake, with TPG Capital owning the remaining 30%. A new logo was introduced.  (Sauce)

- DirecTV (Mexico), currently known as Vrio, is in the process of being sold by AT&T to Grupo Werthein. The deal should conclude by early 2022. (Sauce)

- New logos for Premier Sports. (Sauce)

Good stuff, I was searching in the database as I was adding updates and nothing shows for Hikuleo there, was also trying Leo Tonga. Fifita? Is he Mengs kid??

If Manny Smith could be added that would be class he's working AEW, Impact (as Manny Lemons) and more as of late.

- Remove Acey Romero from Impact Wrestling, he's been released.

Fightful has confirmed via an IMPACT source that Acey Romero has requested his release from IMPACT Wrestling.

Romero hasn't been used since the April set of IMPACT Wrestling tapings, and nearly faced hospitalization due to COVID-19 in early May. Romero had been teaming with Larry D of XXXL before being taken off television. We'd confirmed with IMPACT sources last month that both Romero and Larry were still under contract, with Romero on a paid-per-appearance deal.

Romero is healthy and has wrestled on several Limitless shows over the past few weeks.

- Add a stable called The Influence to Impact Wrestling consisting of Tenille Dashwood, Madison Rayne and Kaleb with a K. 

- Add Zicky Dice (Heel) to Impact Wrestling under a written contract.

- Add Laredo Kid (Babyface), Hikuleo (Babyface) and Manny Lemons (Heel) to Impact under PPA deals. 

- Add an individuals tag team between Chris Bey and Hikuleo in impact, formed August 2021.

- Sam Adonis and Joeasa had a match on BTI but its the only one i can see for them so not sure if that warrants an addition to the roster as could have been a tryout match just. But you might want to add them as PPA deals or just wait and see if they appear on the next set of tapings in september.
