The thing with PSG is, as was pointed out, they've basically just become a collection of highly-paid players. Not players who fit into a squad well. It's largely Galacticos on steroids.

Tuchel struggling to win the league with their squad last season only to then immediately turn Chelsea into Europe's best should demonstrate that point well.

But with that said the additions of Wijnaldum and now Messi are massive in terms of being a cohesive squad, plus Poch has had a full summer to prepare tactics for the players he does have. They'll still wilt in Europe but I assume they run away with the league again now.

Read that earlier today. He would go to number 30 as an alternative because it was his first number when he started with Ronaldinho as 10.
