I know what the rewards are for 100 tags, I want to know what happens with regards to the mission that has you spray the tags, if you've already done them all.

I don't think you can (unless you already have, then duh), because I don't believe the spray can spawns at CJ's house until you do. There is probably one somewhere else though.

But you do realize that where territories are in each game is different, right? Whereas I have 54 territories, all but 1 (the Bayside Vagos) being in Los Santos, other people have reported having 58 territories with territories in both San Fierro and Las Venturas.

Im having similiar problems aswell now. Various random times it sounds like its trying really hard to load, then for few seconds i would get the "error reading disk" screen but then it would pop back to the game.

Yeah maybe the spray can isn't available until that mission. Either that or R* just assume that you have no knowledge of the tags before that mission.

By 'glitching', yes. Not sure if it buggers your game or not, but it is possible to have gang wars, and gang areas outside Los Santos. ANd I don't just mean that area at the pier in San Fierro.

I think the weapons cheat gives you a spray can with it, so it might be possible. Don't know what would happen though if you did, probably they would just need to be tagged again.

Then i doubt you can actual spray them. You probably can't target them, considering on the mission it tells you how.
