It's Britain tonight in the UEFA Cup apparently but it's England next week in the Champions League.

They will change that to Scotland tonight now.

English media considers all Scottish sports teams and players to be British when they're winning, and Scottish when they're not.

Ironic, since Man United and Chelsea are owned by an American and a Russin, managed by a Scotsman and an Israeli, and probably struggle to get a team full of Englishman between them.

Ben Foster

Gary Neville

Rio Ferdinand

John Terry

Ashley Cole

Paul Scholes

Michael Carrick

Owen Hargreaves

Frank Lampard

Joe Cole

Wayne Rooney

Wes Brown, Wayne Bridge, SWP, Steve Sidewell :)

You can say what you like about Rangers tactics, but it got them to the UEFA Cup Final and they gave it a damn good shot. Sure, Zenit had more of the good chances, but Rangers held them off until the last 15-20 minutes and even played some good passing during the game. They've nothing to be ashamed of, they did very well.

But in the end, Zenit were the better team on the day and they've had a brilliant run in the competition too. Deserved winners and well done to them.

And nice to see the mutual respect between the teams as Rangers go up to collect their medals.

Considering the Zenit fans are pretty racist, it makes me sad Rangers lost. Still, Dick Advocaat has a good team and is a quality manager. They were beaten by the better team.

Still, they did proud to get there in the first place. Well done Rangers.

So... City won, Rangers lost... I get the feeling my support for a team is like a bullet to the head :shifty:

Yeah, 3rd choice keepers and Steve Sidwell count of course. :P Fair enough, but my other points stand. :shifty:
