I don't think an official date has been set yet but THQ has announced that it will be some time at the end of April; which is far too long a wait.

Im going with any time around UFC 113 which is May 2nd as a way of promoting the event having those two fighters in the demo seen as though last time Shogun/Liddell were in hte demo around the time they thought.
