I saw a normal skeleton in The Nether. Is that normal? And man Wither Skeletons are nowhere near as badass as a giant black skeleton should be.

Dunno if these are exactly what you are looking for, but these are what I found in like 3 seconds with Google.

Edit: Just so there is no confusion, I have not tried these mods, so I have no idea what exactly they do/add.

Millenaire is quite good, it's included in either Tekkit or Technic.

I'm sure it is, but I could not use it when I was using Technic. Millenaire (and Thaumcraft) made my Technic run like utter shit. We're talking like 3-5 FPS here. After disabling those two mods, Technic ran a super solid 75+ FPS.

I did have a Zombie Pigman appear in the overworld which freaked me the hell out to begin with.

Also, seriously, Wither Skeletons are fucking terrifying. Or maybe it's just because three of them jumped on me whilst I was farming Blazes.

I've seen the zombie-pigs walk out of the portal. I've also seen lightning strike a pig and turn it.

I'm just going to say it now. If you ever want to close the server or start over with a new map then I want a copy of this one. I don't think I've put more work into any other world than this.

I joined a public Wall server...it wasn't very fun. I got overwhelmed. Then bored. And the texture pack was ugly.

I think it would only be fun with 8-12 people you know. And could Skype.

It's not as fun as you'd think. Most people know where to go already and no one really sets up any cool traps or anything, they just mine for resources and attack.
